I know that expecting great service from a large food chain such as Little Cesarās is asking to find a treasure at the end of a rainbow, but this location is just lacking in every aspect. This is my experience.... Called at 11:00 am to pick up 6 pepperoni and 4 cheese pizzas for ELEMENTARY CLASSROOM OF KIDS that due for lunch at 12:30. So they said it will be ready at 11:30....so walking in there at 11:35 they then said they did not get any phone call but thereās was an order of 6 pepperoni and 2 cheese for someone else. While being confused the cashier named GINA kept walking away to assist others behind me and didnāt even want to stop to hear the issue. All they kept saying is that they didnāt get a call from me. They then asked for the number I called and I left my phone on the car and told them let me go see. While walking out the door GINA rudely asked ādid you want to place the order or not?ā Mind you I had no choice because I needed to get this to the kids because this is their lunch. Walking back in there was a line of people and was 11:45. I sat waiting to see if they would acknowledge me but got ignored. I then stated āAm I waiting for 12 mins for the new ones?ā Well, this comment then made the other customer in line make comments. One of which she said āBe nice to her!ā And I told her this had nothing to do with her. She then went further as to saying I was rude and having a bad day. This then made me pretty upset because they didnāt even know the whole story. The cashier then changed her demeanor to being the nicest person in world to make me look like the ass. While I was arguing with the cashier and manger named TIFFANY, they were laughing. So... I asked if this business was corporate or franchise and TIFFANY said franchise. She gave me a disconnected number and I had to go back in to get the right number. I even stated that these pizzas is for kids so Iām hoping they didnāt do anything to them. Also, if come in in a middle of a story donāt assume. For one, those customers didnāt know the whole story and second of all they have not business making a statement in something they donāt understand. The cashier GINA, was already rude and having some sort of menopause issues right when I walked in. She knows she was rude and if they watch the surveillance they will see I called at 11:01 and spoke to TIFFANY and made my order. Good luck with your franchise and I will never buy from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'm going to start off by saying I rarely leave bad reviews for places but my friend and I had such a horrendous experience and service here. My friend and I called in an order for a pizza and breadsticks yesterday around 7pm and my friend went to pick up the pizza while I waited in the car. A younger associate helped ring her up at the register and they exchanged some small talk...at this point all was well until these people decided to do something so off putting..she came back into the car and we sat there for a few minutes just talking and I notice another associate staring at us through the window. I brushed it off. Until an older lady with yellow blonde hair which I assume is a manager because of her collared shirt comes up to the glass and STARTS TAKING PICTURES OF US on her personal phone. My friend goes back in there to confront them and they assumed we stole a pizza out of their warmer that's behind their counter. This assumption was wrong! My friend offered to show them proof that she paid but they denied because they knew they made a very wrong assumption. When my friend asked that older lady manager if she was taking pictures, she denied doing anything and hides in the back. No apology or accountability which is so immature and unprofessional. When I get down to confirm that this weird lady deleted the photos she took of us and our car, she is no where to be found and the associate that rang my friend up is no where to be found either even though it was only about 10 minutes ago that he helped her. There was a different associate that apologized for the assumption that we stole a pizza and their behavior but I was so upset that the lady had the audacity to run off to the back when she was so clearly confident enough to take photos of us a few minutes before that. I'm appalled and disgusted that this little Caesars has people working in this store thinking it's okay to assume we were thieves even though a person literally rang her up 10 minutes prior and that they think it's acceptable to take photos of us and our car through the window. I've never had this type of obnoxious and terrible service in my life. If I could leave zero...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreNote to the owner of little Caesars Pizza try calling your own store at any given time to see if anybody answers the phone because they don't ever answer the phone and for those of us that don't want to use the app and pay for it with the app we're just S O L there is no way to put an order in I don't want to have to come down there and sit and wait for it to be cooked I want to be able to call have it ready when I go down there and then pay for it when I get there which is something you can't do on the app you can't order it on the app and pay for it in the store it's not an option so I'm left trying to call and place my order which they never answer so you're losing money because ultimately I just say F it and go somewhere else becase the frustration from trying to call is not worth the hassle.
It's advertised as the hot and ready crazy puff summer sadly it's going to be the summer of disappointment every time I go in to get the pepperoni crazy puffs hot and ready they never have been it's always the same story 10 or 15 minutes that's not hot and ready thats me coming in and ordering them and you baking them the better be ready to be disappointed summer.
so to update the summer of disappointment continues as i just left with no puffs again no hot and ready case was completely empty surprise suprise
once again summer of disappointment stopped in in my way by to grab some pepperoni crazy puffs and as always the term hot and ready does not exist no puffs of any kind however a huge poster in front window with Summer of hot-n-ready printed four times on it. Well don't believe it its a lie 100%. never never never have i been able to do that its always we don't have any ready and its always we can cook them for you it will only take 15 minutes. well that's not hot n ready that's me coming in ordering and them cooking. and if their selling that well so theirs never any in stock why wouldn't you make more at a time????? summer of disappointment continues!
on a side note was told by employee at counter we wont do the hot n ready puffs until after 4pm wow maybe that should be printed on that poster in the front window...
