Ok! Let me start by saying Abby is a HORRIBLE manager with an HORRIBLE attitude. I ordered 4 personal pans. Which all 4 came out horribly. I went back inside and let them see the finished product. One of the team members whom was actually nice said I needed to speak with the manager. Ok, fine I’ll speak with her. As soon as I saw her I already knew she didn’t wanna be at work. Anyway I proceed to tell her the pizzas and no cheese on it and could they be re made. She says in a snippy voice there’s nothing they can do about it that’s how it came out. I showed my Pizza Hut no receipt on my Pizza Hut account/ my emailed receipt/ and also my Venmo payment receipt . I was treated as if I never placed an order. I was told they will “REMAKE” a pizza they NEVER MADE AS HE COULDN’T find it in his system. Made the pizza and overcooked the cheese pizza they asked me what I wanted them to do. I asked him what could he do? Mind you I had 3 kids in the car hungry / 2 on the spectrum and are crying for this pizza. There is no air conditioning so we are subjected to a 95+ degree place of work with ovens running at 450 degrees in the middle of a heat wave to the point of nearly passing out from heat exhaustion. They constantly switch labels to use old product instead of discarding. I was told by a manager to not throw out slimy, brown green bell peppers because, "they do that sometimes I don't know" when it was clear they were no longer good. The last straw was being left alone in the kitchen while orders were pouring in and trying to get pizzas out of the ONE operational oven to keep from burning while trying to make new orders simultaneously.
