Burger King — Restaurant in Apple Valley

I attempted to place my order in the drive thru but their speaker system is absolutely horrible! I gave up because I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. So I proceeded to the window to place my order. I stopped at the first window and noticed a large unhappy woman at the window doing something but never acknowledged me or signaled to me that she could help me so I went to the next window. When I stopped there I was told by the an employee that she could t take my order then I was told the unhappy woman at the first window was the manager. So when she came to the window, I explained that I couldn’t hear them and they couldn’t hear me. When I stopped at the window you never even acknowledged me so I pulled up to this window. She told me she was aware of the speaker system being bad but she was helping the person behind me 1st and I would have to get back in line. I said I only want two burgers and she just looked at me. So I said well I’m not getting back in line, I’m here.

She said I can just call the cops! She slammed the window shut and did just that... As a manager you would think she would have the skills to resolve a simple situation. I came to spend money, not to be treated like dirt. This person lacked any customer service or respect for the customer. I don’t this she’s had any training. Law enforcement have actual crimes to prevent. There was no crime but I’m pretty sure she dialed 911 because I waited for about 5min. Then when I left I got pulled over. I’ve never been disrespected more by an establishment.

This is a franchise store by the way so no corporate oversight. They’re free to do as they please and free from ever seeing another dollar from me 1st time here and...

I was an employee here for 3 months between April 5th to July 8 2022 and omg was the worst experience ever. Constant money theft and Angel blaming someone for it. Angel Manager refuses to put on a hair net while making burgers and constantly rude not only towards guests but employees as well. Always on her phone and constantly doing nothing but complain about her home life and family issues. She hates customers and constantly turning off the menu lights telling customers there's a short or won't respond when a customer is at the drive thru. Food sits in those holding trays longer than they should to the point where the chicken could get a customer sick. Employees eat while working and handling food. This place has got to be dealt with. I called corporate and they refused to call me back after my initial complaint. I was retaliated against for liking when we get customers through drive thru because it kept me busy making burgers. It truly breaks my heart that nobody would listened to me and deal with Angel poor management skills . Lastly I was hired as a shift coordinator and later found out they never intended on giving me the position I was originally hired for. Also why I was retaliated against. Tammy is the only manager their who actually gives a hoot about this place and Shawnas rad actually rocks as manager and does her best.
