Stopped here based on reviews... but it was a mistske.... Fisrst of all we got recommended the stake sandwich that they say they are famous for... well imagine tinny wide burger meat in burger bun with a lot of butter and just pickles and onions... DISAPPOINTING... not tasting anything great... Second: ordered soup as a side , first tried one soup- not good, next tried chille- even worst so ketchapy and sour and very little meat.... so gave up on soups and got a fries... THIRD: Since sitting on the bar where you can see Cook making foods I noticed that Cook touches everything with his bare hands.... EVERYTHING, washes them sometimes but touches everything with bare hands... I talked to Manager and asked her about this and she told me that is normal for them and its according to the health standards of their city... She was very nice and explained me. I was still not happy that that use bare hands no gloves when touching foods... but hey its your choice to come here , I am sure I wont come back...

Somehow we had forgotten about Cinders, but we are so glad we went there tonight. We were greeted at the door by a smiling face named Alex who showed us to a clean table. Caylee was our server for the evening. She checked in on us often and was very knowledgeable about the menu. I learned that Cinders makes their own tartar sauce, shrimp sauce, potato salad, and coleslaw in house. I am not a potato salad person, but at Caylee's suggestion I gave it a try. I may still not be a potato salad person, but theirs was definitely the best I have ever tried. We shall definitely return to Cinders and I hope we see Caylee again.

It was raining heavily and I felt like enjoying some fried delicacies. So we went to the nearest place ie Cinders. We ordered a hot chocolate and a Seafood platter. The hot chocolate hd marshmallows but was way too diluted. The seafood platter was huge and easily shared among 2 people. It had perch, haddock and fried shrimp with sides of french fries, coleslaw, rye bread and sauce. Good quantity but quality can be better in terms of oil content on shrimps.

We just had the worst experience with this location, ever! We've been ordering from Cinders for years with little to no issue. We just ordered through Eat Street and asked and paid for extra sauce for much of the order. We get the delivery and there is no sauce at all. Keep in mind that we paid for extra. Extra means on top of sauces included in the price. We call and the woman who answered the phone did not apologize for their error and put us on hold while she talked to her manager. She gets back on the line, still no apology and says that if there is an issue with the order that we need to go through Eat Street. We understand that any refund of missing items is handled through Eat Street but the delivery driver didn't make the food. We ask for the manager and a piece of work called Linda gets on the line. Still no apology for their error by the way and is immediately defensive. She says they can't give us a refund or a gift certificate. Please note that not once did we ask for anything. We were calling to give them feedback. It may not seem like a big deal to them but we still were charged for something that the restaurant didn't provide. All we wanted was for them to be more careful packing the orders and an apology for THEIR mistake but that was too hard for them. We won't be ordering here again. Amazing food but Linda and her attitude need to go. P.S. For those who think we were "Karens" this is what we were looking for, "I'm so sorry about that! I know you ordered through Eat Street but if you want, you can pick up the missing items. If you're not able to do that, you can request a refund through Eat Street. We understand how frustrating it is not to get what you ordered and paid for. We'll make sure that we're being more careful going forward." How hard would that have been? That's basic customer service. P.P.S My husband has informed me that when he went to pick up the sauces that Linda claimed the following: that the missing sauces were not their problem because she asked her cooks and they don't lie to her. They told her that they packed the sauces and the sauces must have fallen out in the driver's vehicle. Seriously??? You can't make...

For about two years, my wife and I would go to Cinder's for the fish. And for those years, we weren't disappointed. Consistently good AYCE white fish. Then, about 8 months ago, the quality of the fish completely changed. It seemed to be the same filets, but the attention to detail had fallen off. In a 3-piece order, 2/3 were raw in the middle. Easiest way to tell if the fish was still frozen when it went in is if the coating is falling off without prompting. Staff was notified and other than apologies, nothing was done.

Since our favorite bartender quit, our Fridays there became more sporadic. However, it seemed that everytime we went in, the quality was still bad. Can't blame new staff as it was the same faces each time.

Tonight, we figured we'd try it one more time for lack of better ideas. The chicken cordon bleu sandwich I had I requested without lettuce or tomato but with mayo. To say there was a LOT of mayo on the sandwich would be a major understatement. An estimate would be somewhere around 4 tablespoons. After I scraped the mayo off, I finally found the ham on my sandwich. The piece was no bigger than a thin slice of Spam and equally flavorful.

My wife's "award winning steak sandwich" was ordered medium well due to the fact that anything beef related comes out under cooked. Well, they didn't disappoint. It came out raw. The bartender was nice enough to take 30% off our bill and we thanked her for that. But this was the last time they will get any money from us. We can get bad food anywhere and still be able to watch the game at...

I was excited to try cinders for the first time and I went in with my fiance and when we walked in we stood there waiting to be seated for 5 minutes while 3 waitresses walked past us and didn't say a word. Finially when we sat down it took another 5 minutes to get water and a drink order. Then waiting another 10 minutes to order food. Then 15 minutes wait to get our food. The waitress didn't come back not once in that 15 minutes to let us know what was happening. Or ask if we wanted refils.. the food was so delicious im not gonna lie the food is amazing here... the customer service was horrible... not just with the one waitress but two we interacted with. It says all u can eat fries well we had to wait till we finished our entire meal to even see another waitress to get up and ask for more fires.... check on ur customers more...horrible first impression... then we go to pay for our food and the lady couldn't even work the register.. she charged my card the wrong amount and then made a comment saying I didn't have enough money on my card even though I showed her my bank account. ORDER TAKE OUT do not dine in here. 02 02 2021 worst restaurant customer...
