Don't let my 1 star review fool you. This Taco Bell doesn't deserve a single star, but unfortunately I am not able to go that low. If there is such a thing as a franchise inspector for Taco Bell, they need to put this location at the top of their list for review. Do not waste your time going to this location unless you enjoy throwing your time away.
First, as you drive up to the restaurant at night you wouldn't even know this location was open if wasn't for the 10+ cars waiting for their food in the drive thru. Their outside lights and street sign are never on. It is almost as if the employees don't want to turn the lights on outside in hopes that customers won't show up. It's either that or someone really needs to teach the management team how to set the outside light timers.
Now getting to my experiences, I have used the drive thru at this location numerous times over the years. Its always been a long wait, but this past year has seen that wait become a common 20 to 30 minutes. I understand that this past year has presented issues with staffing for many businesses. So I tried not to let it bother me and kept hoping that it will eventually get better as we move on from COVID.
Tonight's service was unacceptable. From pulling into the drive thru line to when I got my food, it was a total wait of 48 minutes. That is no longer fast food. That's slower than being seated, ordering your food, getting your food and eating in many sit down style restaurants.

Sometimes the food is normal/good; others it's total trash: not put together well, bad ingredients (stale, soggy, cold, etc), not what was ordered,.... **Service inside is a JOKE! Nobody is ever attending the counter. There's been many times I've ordered in drive-thru but something was wrong (I check before I leave) so I have to go back inside to fix it. Often have to wait 5-10 mins at the counter with employees knowing I'm standing there with a bag of food and I'm looking at them, but nobody addresses me until I get tired of waiting and yell back there. This time I had to yell "excuse me" twice before someone came to the counter (clearly looking annoyed) even though there was nobody in drive-thru and only 1 doordash guy inside. Then they took another 5mins to get me what I actually ordered. The employee said absolutely nothing the whole time. The rest of my food was cold by that point. **The drive-thru is a DISASTER! Once you're in line, you're STUCK there. If the line is taking way too long and not moving, too bad because you can't leave! I once had no choice but to spend 40 mins in line; people near the entrance were backing out to leave, but I was too far in to do that. Read moreI come into this location regularly and I regularly have to wait a long time for someone to come take my order. When I came in today, I literally waited ten minutes by the front counter, I even peeked into the back area at which time I saw an employee eating and talking to other employees. The thing that made me the most upset was the fact that she looked me dead in the eyes at which time I said can I order? And I still waited another six minutes after that to order. I ended up having to use the kiosk but since I was paying with cash I still had to stand there and wait for someone to come and take my money. After waiting some more the same female employee came to the front counter and knowing I been standing there for quite some time informed me that someone would be up there to help me soon. Why couldn't she do it???? Why should a customer a regular at that wait for fifteen minutes to order. And on top of all of that a female employee walked past me while I was waiting and headed to the bathroom which she was in for at least ten minutes. Come on taco bell, you need some training on customer service skills for real!!! I'm very disappointed.
