This new Olive Garden location is quite the asset to the Fox Cities area! I was able to experience it a day before the Grand Opening via an exclusive event and was very impressed with the menu selections, friendliness of the staff, and the food quality. The entire restaurant was clean and all staff were welcoming. Music played in the background as my husband and I ordered an appetizer. We began with the Shrimp Fritto Misto - the perfect beginning to our Italian experience. It featured a half pound of shrimp, onions and bell peppers. The trios were lightly breaded and were accompanied by a dish of marinara and spicy ranch, our favorite. Next came a bowl of OG's classic Chicken Gnocchi soup, fresh tossed salad and hot breadsticks. These dishes alone were well-prepared and abundantly filling. For our main courses, I selected the Tour of Italy; which came with a slice of Lasagna, a generous bed of Fettuccine Alfredo and Chicken Parmesan. The plate came to the table piping hot and the waitress hand shredded parmesan to garnish the top. My husband opted for Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo, which came topped with juicy, Grilled Chicken. Both portions were extremely generous and prepared with care. In all, the food was just as you would hope Italian food would be: hand crafted, decadent and fresh. We both left with full bellies, happy hearts, and containers of leftovers to enjoy at home. We cannot wait to return and highly recommend this location. From walking in the door, to walking out, we had a positive experience. Special mentions: the layout is spacious and wheelchair and limited mobility friendly. Kiosks at each table include entertainment options, for a fee, and also provide a contactless method of payment.

Myself, my son & daughter-in-law, their 2 kids, (one is 2 months old and one is 2 yrs old), my daughter and her 18 month old all went to this Olive Garden location, which just recently opened, on a Saturday night. It was packed and the line of people waiting long (it was an hour wait if you didn't call ahead to get on the wait list, which, btw, I would ALWAYS recommend doing unless you just enjoy loitering 🙂). Despite having at least 4 other tables with at least 4 people each and just finishing a large party of seven, our server, William, was absolutely AMAZING!! So friendly, helpful and professional. He took our orders (some rather complicated just bc of accommodating so many different ages) with patience and a smile. Our food was served promptly and no detail was overlooked, everything was perfect. The food was delicious. The drinks were fantastic. We couldn't pass up the decadent desserts so got the Black Tie Mousse Cake, Pumpkin Cheesecake and Chocolate Brownie Lasagna to go. We had a great time and we are so appreciative of William for his hard work, fun attitude & for making our experience so great. He obviously handles pressure with grace and cares about his customers. Most places have a few bumps in the road when first opening but this night was flawless and we look forward to coming back.

Yes, it's Olive Garden and you go here for sub par Italian food expecting it to be filling and just ok. Its not like it's authentic hand crafted pasta and truly homemade sauces, however this nearly new location has started showing signs of it's sister locations around the Fox Valley. Dishes were not cleared from the table in a timely fashion, food smelled like something rotten. Dirty tables, light fixtures with cob webs, restrooms are filthy and smell like sewer backup, and not a single smile from any servers or hosts, and don't get me started on the hand grime buildup and crumbs on the table kiosk. Yes, it's just Olive Garden, but take some pride in your work.

I placed a catering order on 11/24, one week in advance with a pick-up date of today 12/01. I ordered the create your own pasta which includes spaghetti & marinara, and fettuccine & alfredo sauce, sausage, chicken, and meatballs, salad & breadsticks. I asked if it was a problem to substitute the spaghetti dish for another pan of fettuccine & alfredo sauce/chicken. The person I spoke to with on the phone, stating it would be no problem, they could do that. I wasnt sure if I would need any more food added, so I waited until Wednesday 11/27, to call back with my payment information. I was under the impression everything was set for Sunday 12/01 pick-up. I received a call 1 hour before from an Olive Garden employee, that they would not be able to grant the fettuccine & alfredo sauce substitution. This was food that I was planning on serving for my daughters birthday party, and she was looking forward to the fettuccine alfredo. The employee on the phone put the manager on the phone after I told her this is absolutely unacceptable to call me an hour before my catering order pick-up time. The manager explained she wasnt aware the employee granted the substitute and it wasn`t until this morning that they noticed the substitutions. She went on how it is corporate policy and she would not be able to substitute. I asked her how it was my fault that one of their employees made a mistake. She agreed to substitute the fettuccine alfredo for the spaghetti and marinara. After arriving home, it came to a huge disappointment that while she substituted the fettuccine noodles, she did not substitute the marinara/meatballs for the alfredo sauce/chicken like she agreed to "let it slide this one time." This was not communicated correctly, if she tried, and her customer service skills were awful. If you agreed to substitute the fettuccine noodles for the spaghetti noodles, why would you not for the alfredo/chicken instead of the marinara/meatballs?!?! Absurd. I will not be ordering catering from this...
