Grumpy's Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Appleton

Been goin to Grumpys for years now and I've always loved it there. The bartenders are all great and always take care of you. The prices are good, the atmosphere is nice, there's touch tunes, pool, darts, and slot machines or whatever. The day crowd is nice and the night crowd is usually great, most of the time its pretty relaxed and always fun, theres NOT a bunch of people fightin an arguing which is great, a nice change from the downtown bars. Only ONE DOWNFALL about the place really and that is, if you decide to be responsible and not drink and drive, and you leave your car there overnight, THE OWNER (Joe not Bob) WILL HAVE YOUR CAR TICKETED AND TOWED, at your expense. Bar tender had me and a friend leave because her friend at the other side of the bar was uncomfortable saying “ we were being hostile” me and my friend were talking amongst ourselves not even loud and the bartender asked us to leave! First and last time I will ever be there if you want good drinks and able to have a conversation without worrying about your bartenders friends check out Sidetracked in Neenah. You can have a conversation there and not worry about that...

Great bar with the exception of ONE, incredibly rude bartender, who seems to think that she is above everyone. I ordered a drink 3 times and she ignored me until the 4th time when she proceeded to poor the WRONG DRINK and then she made a scene in the entire bar yelling about how I "didn't order" what I actually ordered. She acted like a complete jerk and quite honestly, I have never seen such immaturity and unprofessionalism from a server...EVER! even in a little bar...
