Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Appleton

Honestly some of the worst customer experience I’ve ever been apart of. The gentleman at the counter mentioned to me 4 times about how much he wanted to go home. I stopped on about 35 minutes before closing to order a single pizza to go. He was contantly sighing and clearly did not want to be helping me. Not one time did he make eye contact with me. All 3 questions I had asked him he responded with “I don’t think so” all while still not looking at me. The second I was done telling him the pizza I wanted, he immediately told me the total. I was planning on buying 2 drinks and a few sauce cups but I wasn’t able to do so. He then told me “10 minutes” and walked away and shouted something into the back. I’m not sure what the cashiers name was but the gentleman that handed me the pizza, Jordan, was very friendly and extremely courteous. I ordered a lightly baked cheese pizza over the phone. I'm 95% positive they gave me an already made one as it was regularly baked and was a bit old but not like 30 minutes old or anything. I've worked in a pizza restaurant before and can tell the difference between a fresh, light baked pizza, and a 20 min old pizza. They seemed a bit busy, 3 people ahead of me, i get it, been in the same situation where the restaurant is busy, but I would've been fine waiting for what I ordered. I accidently placed an order for the next day (24 hours later). About a half hour into this I realized that, I called customer service. Sebastian (Corp hotline), informed me that their policy does not allow the system to cancel orders. For a pizza that nobody has even touched, let alone acknowledge the order at this point, they can't even use common sense and cancel. I will no longer support a company that operates in this way. If this is how they operate on this end, I can only imagine the way the rest of it looks. How we live in a day and age, that I can't cancel a simple pizza order that is 24 hours out is absolutely mind-blowing...
