This place is mismanaged and has horrible customer service. It is a waste of time. My boyfriend and I went there on a very slow Sunday night with maybe 4 other tables of people. We waited for a few minutes to get seated. I guess our waiter was supposed to seat us but walked right past until another co worker pointed out he should. My bf and I ordered separate small pizzas and I had soda and he had a beer. We waited and waited but our waiter never brought the drinks so my bf went to the bar to get them and was told by the young kid he can get the soda but not alcohol. Our waiter finally came back and gave my bf the beer at the bar. We waited some more before our order was taken. After a very long wait, my bf's pizza comes out and the waiter says mine should be out shortly...I'm thinking 3-5 min. A good 10-15 minutes pass and I finally say to him and ask where is my pizza, he is almost done? I also start to tell him I take insulin and I need my food now....he is rude and cuts me off and says I will go look. After another 5 min I get the pizza. I look at the pizza. It is the portobello one from the menu. Onions glarore and sausage but hardly any mushrooms. I try 2 pieces and realize it had too many onions not just the red onions but chopped ones in there too. I basically ordered this pizza because of the mushrooms but it was more like a sausage and onion pizza. Waiter never comes back to check on us and then he is ready to give us the bill and I tell him I'm not happy and explain why. He goes well I didn't make it! I told him he might want to tell a manager. He brings the bill back and who I think is a manager. I say I ordered this pizza because of the mushrooms and he goes oh I see 1 right there. I said I would have been better off doing a customized pizza...he asks do u want a box and I say no. He asked if I want another pizza and I declined because this is now a hour and 45 later since we arrived and I just want to leave. They could have at least adjusted our bill...nothing! NEVER will...
Read moreI'm not even sure how to start this. My wife and I used to come here a lot and it was always amazing, super good food. We ordered the weekend of 10/11 and it was totally different. She got a pepperoni Stromboli and it was flat, the cheese and pepperoni were on opposite sides and the pepperoni was all in one giant clump. It was not balanced at all there was so much bread on side it was rough to eat even with the dipping sauce they give you. I had got the shrimp po'boy which I always love and the shrimp was cold, the breading was soggy and the lettuce was wilted as can be. It was not even cut. The only good part was the sauce they give you with it.
So, I went to the website and put in a comment there about this experience and i get a reply on 10/16. They did what I expected, apologize and ask me for some info so they can take care of it, weather that be a refund or something along those lines. I replied the same day and provided the info, My phone number and the email as well since we ordered from their website. I gave it about 2 days before I called the shop to talk to the person who sent me the email to see if there was anything else I could do. They told me they would be in that night and they will relay my message for them to get back to me to get this taken care of. Again, a few more days...no response so I called again. This time I was told they have a team meeting and that they will be there then and they will have them call me or get in touch then...that was 10/18.
I have not heard a single thing back from them, neither call or email. I have worked in customer service for a long time, and I find myself to be super forgiving and patient but this is just out of hand. I don't want to call anymore because what is the point? I sent another email asking for an update but I'm not sure where that will go. I don't know how many messages you can leave to a place before they should get back to you but I think two is...
Read moreThe most highly unprofessional place of employment I have ever came across in the fox cities. When issues occur the issues are swept under the rug or there’s zero communication. For example, when a female employee made a racial slur, she was only relocated to the Appleton store. She views her employees as children and insists they be babysat, instead of empowering her employees especially by setting an example. Favoritism seems to be a subject at the store, unless you are a female employee, or related to her in some way shape or form, these employees get away with the most, leaving other employees feeling like they have no purpose or undervalued. Jobs are created to fit the needs of the female employees but she insists the men need to follow her every need instead of attempting to adjust to every male employees needs. Most employees won’t know they did wrong because of the lack of communication, professional criticism and correction, until the owner talks about you, in front of you, without addressing you, about the subject by the owner and another employee, again leaving employees feeling belittled and undervalued. What one employee can get away with isn’t the same when it comes to those on her favorite list, leaving employees feeling like their jobs aren’t secure. For example, an employee on her favorite list can be up to 4 hours late, and this is overlooked, while another employee is 15 minutes late, their shift is then covered, they’re automatically put on suspension, then the owner chooses to not communicate, answer phone calls, return phone calls, leaving this employee feeling their job is lost while they did not quit, nor was there proper policy and procedure followed nor was the employee terminated. All employees are paid on a favoritism scale as well, pay is not equal within the work place all of which...
