Where's the beef? I ordered steak fajita. It was ground up meat. Steak fatia should be strips not ground up. It was like the consistency of ground up canned dog food. I understand that times are hard but you go up on your prices and you give less food to the customer. Paying more for less. Less food and less quality. Disgusted and I am not a happy customer.
July 5 We decided to give them another chance. We were very disappointed and we will never go back. We ordered the Steak Fajita all the way. The chips were stale. The beans and rice were very old and crusty. The lettuce should have been thrown in the trash a few days ago. They just smothered it with a huge amount of sour cream. The steak was not sizzling when they brought it out. You could tell that it had been cooked ahead time and was microwaved and put in the skillet. It had no seasoning at all. The steak was awful. A freshly cooked steak Fajita should be seared, seasoned and sizzling in the skillet. This is absolutely the last time we will ever give this place...

The absolute worst dining experience Iāve ever had. From the very beginning, the waiter did not speak sufficient English to be working serving people. Iām not the type that chides people just because English is not their primary language, in fact Iām against that. but if youāre working as a server you need to be able to understand enough to differentiate meaningful words such as āandā , āwithā, āorā, etc. etc. He literally could not even tell us what drinks they had but someone we got through our order. Of course when it comes, there are all kinds of mistakes and when we try to get them corrected are then told that it will cost 2x the price of what is on the menu. The āmanagerā was an immature joke of a human being and wanted a confrontation the get go. I asked him what the Spanish word for āpatheticā but apparently he didnāt know that...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreFirst time here. I ordered a combo meal with a taco, a chili relleno, and a burrito. The taco tasted like they forgot to season the meat, but the shell, cheese, and lettuce were perfect. The burrito sauce (or meat, but I can't say for sure which) was super salty and I couldn't have eaten it without mixing with the queso from the chili relleno. It was pretty good mixed. The chili relleno was a bell pepper (should have been a poblano) stuffed with meat and rice and wasn't coated in the typical eggy batter....it was more of a stuffed pepper than a chile relleno. It was smothered in a white queso and although not what I would expect out of the dish, was still quite tasty. I'll definitely try Los Arcos again, but will choose something else; some of the plates that walked by looked and smelled terrific. Service was stellar even though they...
