Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Arab

I went today with my kids as a treat for good grades and mothers day. They were awesome with taking down the order and super fast service! And the car hop was the sweetest and completely honest. The ONLY complaint I really have is that we ordered a BROWNIE milkshake and got and Oreo milkshake and when I tried to tell them they repeatedly told me that it was correct. I'm sorry but I know what an oreo and a Brownie taste like. I even had the carhop look at it and she said it was correct. The advertisement is a brown/dark chocolate color milkshake and the one I received was white with black crumbs of oreo. I'm a VERY understanding person and have worked at a sonic myself and I understand mistakes and how busy it can be. But I didn't like that they couldn't own up to a mistake and fix it. It's okay to make mistakes but not okay to lie and make a customer look dumb by saying "it depends on who makes it" it shouldn't matter who makes it.. the people you have should be trained on how to make specific drink/shake orders. Been to this Sonic several times and it is ussually good. Don't know what happened today 4/27/22 @ aprox 1:00 pm but I ordered a SuperSonic Double cheeseburger (no ketchup ) a large Tots and a Rt 44 cherry limeaid a small Snickers blast and a small Cherry limeaid at the drive through. We then drove Guntersville to eat at the park as we have done several times in the past. Very disappointed because: 1.Instead of a Super Sonic Double cheeseburger I got 2 beef patties with cheese and mayo on a bun. no lettuce tomato onion ect. 2.The Tots were like little grease sponges soggy with grease couldn't eat them. 3.The Rt 44 cherry limeaid was flat, no carbonation at all 4.My wife had the Snickers blast and said it was like clumps of sugar was mixed in the ice cream. We love going to this Sonic location. We love taking advantage of the half-off drinks from 2:00 to 4:00.
