Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in Arcadia

So let me say this first, im very patient and understanding. The dinner party included myself ,two kids and my girlfriend.We sat ourselfs(normal here) our waitress took our drink orders and appetizers. Drinks came in a almost normal time frame. She asked us if we needed a min to look over the menu,we said yes and she left....for what felt like 20min. When she finally came back everyone at the table ordered there meal,then she got to me. I litteraly read her the menu of what i wanted. Fish dinner with broccoli and rice. Her responce was we are out of rice would you like another side? I said sure how bout some curly fries... then she proceeds to ask me what dressing i wanted on my fish salad??? This is when again i show her the menu point at the words as i read it and it looks as tho she understood what i was asking for. As time continued (20 min) no appetizers came and our waitress disappeared? I asked another waitress for help and she came back in seconds with our appetizers. Dont even ask about getting refills on drinks.... with no waitress, theres no refills. So my girlfriend and i continue to watch food come out the kitchen to other parties that we watched come in to the restaurant after us,while we were obviously forgotten about. So litteraly 50 min later our food comes out, both kids pasted out tired from waiting... Kids food good! Girlfriends food good! Then another five min wait and what is supoosed to be my fish with fries and broccoli is really fish thrown on some crappy salad.... i immediately said this isnt what i ordered. Her responce was ,i asked you what dressing you wanted remember? Me being a lil irritated my very quick responce back was... I read the menu to you word for word REMEMBER. .....you dont remember telling me you were out of rice? And also me telling you to substitute it for fries????? Anyway this story could be so much longer but ill stop here.

What the real problem here was the waitress not the store or the food. She just plain is a horrible waitress. With all that being said i wanted to leave her no tip. Me being me she got 2.00 dollars for a 46.oo dollar bill! Worst service i can say ive ever had...

DO NOT eat here they are NOT clean they have roaches and have gotten complaints about roaches being in the food the kitchen is not clean the dishes are not clean they don't wash the dishes by hand they have a dishwasher that doesn't even get the dishes clean dishes still have food on them I've seen silverware with rust that they give to people to eat with they do not clean the soda nozzels or tea nozzels they just put them in some water at night they have mold and all kinds of nasty stuff on them and people drink this stuff they have food out that is supposed to be kept in a cooler or on ice the only time they put it in the cooler is when they have an inspection other than that it sits on the back counter all day and night and the womans bathroom toliets have been overflowong for months and nobody will fix them the owner Larry is a SEXIST PIG he fired me because I did not want to take a picture and he pulled me in the party room the only place with no cameras so nobody could hear and told me if I couldn't be a "SEX SYMBOL and SELL MYSELF to sell his product and make him money my services were not needed" those were his EXACT words and when I told him he can't do that his response was "I know" I went home and was hysterical I could not believe he just said that to me I have never been so upset in my life if you want good clean service and to spend your money with somebody who has morals DO NOT go to this beef o bradys and give...

Adrianna was a wonderful pleasurable bartender. She was very welcoming and attentive. And Brittanys social skills are above average, Been in the serving business my entire life and have never had a Waite staff and kitchen to show team skills at this level. Britt being a welcoming princess and Makala knowing the menu and the difference between New England and Manhattan clam chowder,well need I say more. Extremely nice dining experience. Less I forget a server which wasn't mine,patrons addressing her as "Angel" was a busy pleasant aperently well liked server. Truly made me smile watching her in her element. Thank you. Wow staff great, servers beyond the best management has no clue on people skills. Maybe beef o Bradies should have a training class on when servers should go to minimum wage. Shame on you.
