Taco Bell — Restaurant in Florida

The people were rude, the order was wrong and musing stuff. They argued until I showed themthe receipt even though they were supposedly looking at the order screen on the wall. Then when they saw my receipt they talked so much nastiness and rudeness with tong children there it was despicable. The cashier was nice but the rest behind the counter were horrid. We used to go to this taco bell every time we went to arcadia, won't be any more. My whole family was upset and disappointed with this treatment. We were polite, we said thank you multiple times nicely, not rudely. When sitting down you felt wrong. You could see them staring at us and could hear their comments that I hope they just thought we couldn't hear. Because if they were that rude knowing we could hear them, even though they were wrong, that makes it even worse. The tables were dirty, there was liquids spilled under the tables. The cashier was trying to keep up and clean, but the rest of the employees were too busy talking and playing to clean up. My family and I WILL NOT go back to...

I know it's taco bell but even for taco bell this was the worst customer service! There were at least 5 people working, one customer in the lobby, and the whole ten minutes I was there, two cars through the drive thru. I walked inside because I had a trailer and could not go through the drive thru. When I get inside there were three employees just standing behind the registers but none of them would even look at me. Finally one of them says oh you have to order and pay through the kiosk. So all three of them watched as I fumbled through the kiosk to order my food and pay for it. In the time I did all that, at a different taco bell they would have had my order and made it by the time I was done with that process. Finally after paying, a lady comes from the back with my food, sets it down on the counter, says my name, and then walks off before I even get close enough to...

If there was a way to give this store a lower score I would have done so. This store is slow, rude, seems to believe the public they serve is more interested in their co workers personal sex lives outside of work then getting their food and being on their way home. Tonight we sat in their drive thru for over 10 minites.

During that time we were not greeted, cash was taken without even a smile, and got to listen to 2 of the workers discuss who they had banged and when the other ones rent was due, to list just the tip of the iceberg of that overheard conversation.
