Terrible customer service here everybody acts like you’re obviously and don’t exist. They make these kiosks machines to order your food from to save time for yourself and the employees. Great right unfortunately they don’t tell you when you use them and sit down they will bring your food out to you but then never bring you your drink cup. I asked the girl that brought me my food where’s the cup she ignored me and walked away. Then when I get up and go up front the same girl looks at me and says you have to go down to the register and ask for your cup, because she was that lazy she literally couldn’t take two steps to the right and hand me my cup instead I had to wait for over five minutes while my food is getting cold for the lady at the main register to finish taking someone’s order and even still she didn’t help me. It was a girl in the drive through area that pointed out to her manger to get me a cup. Are you kidding me literally everyone is that lazy you can’t even be competent enough in your job to have somewhat of a customer service drive while you work. How about you take some pride in where you work remember it’s not the CUSTOMERS fault if you are unhappy at your job that’s all on you so stop being rude when it comes to YOUR CUSTOMERS remember without the CUSTOMERS you wouldn’t have a job to go to every week and collect a paycheck. Read moreYou could wait at the register forever for someone to wait on you. Then if you special order a well done hash brown, absolutely nobody cares. They stand and look at each other. But wait...a person jumps in that actually cares about the customer, she cares about the reputation of McDonalds and she wants you to be a regular customer. Haley is that person. Haley took my order which had a well done hash brown on it. It was on the screen, she yelled to the expeditors and like usual they just kept talking to each other and not caring about the customer. She went over and did EXACTLY what the other three could have done. She grabbed a cooked hash brown and put it back in the fryer for two minutes which makes a perfect WELL DONE HASH BROWN. It is what the customer wants and if you do it right then the customer knows you care and they may come back. Thank you Haley for being you. While Haley is leading the staff at this location I must mention others that are realing stepping up to be the best. They have a ways to go to be at the level of Haley but they are coming up fast. People have a choice of where they want to do business and once management reads the reviews to find out what is good and bad, they need to take action. I must strongly recommend Josk (Josh K), Yolanda, Jasmine and Damien. This location still gets lots of bad reviews but having owned a business for 42 years, these people are the ones to watch. Read moreIt's been 3 years. Supposedly they had an overhaul. I want this place to burn down. They refused to come to the cash register because there was only two people in the line waiting to order. My guess is this store does not want the business, and their pistive reviews are scam reveiws done by the management. This place is a racist based place thst only serves you in a speedy maner if you are black. White people and native ametican people are not served here. If there was a way to go with negative stars I would. Do not eat here. Their services take longer then it does to have any restaurant deliver food. The drink machines had mold and mildew, ketchup machine down. Salt and pepper were packets were damp and wet. The wait time for the order to served, was exceptionally lengthy, like 28 minutes of standing waiting for a to go order. Then ever order was wrong and one young lady went through the drive thru, then found her order was incorrect, and they re did it, wrong three more times as she stood there pointing it out to the manager. Instead of addressing the health concerns they make excuses after excuses. They refused to return my call to address my concerns. Instead they ignored all complaints.
