I had the Moo Shoo burger, but got a substitution for the wagyu beef patties from the smashburger, instead of the pork-at no extra cost! It was absolutely amazing! It was by far the most delightfully messy burger I've ever had the pleasure of enjoying, dripping sauce and juice all over the plate-which I just sopped up with the bun as I ate it. I normally do not care for pineapple, but this was perfect, and just the right amount of firmness so that it didn't squish out of the bun, but was not hard to bite through.
I also got the black pepper parmesan cheese fries, and those were unlike any cheese fries I've ever had. The dipping sauce was really good--it was way too potent when I tasted a bit by itself, but it was an absolute perfect pairing for the flavour of the fries, which were themselves cooked slightly crispy on the outside and plenty soft in the middle. The shavings of parmesan got slightly melted, but retained their parmy texture, which went well with the feel of the rest of it. And the dipping cup provided was just the right amount to finish off the fries, and try just a bit with the burger.
It was an eighteen dollar meal, but you pay that much at Applebee's these days for a double burger and only get regular fries, and it is nowhere near as good as what I had here. So anyone who calls this place expensive, isn't paying attention to how much things cost at other places. Seriously delicious, five star cuisine from a food truck, at decently reasonable prices. I never would have guessed it...

While many recommended the black garlic tacos, they were underwhelming. The beef had a similar texture to bulgogi but the toppings clashed. The sauce and pickled onions created an odd flavor combination that didn’t quite work. Without the toppings, the tacos were decent.
The bulgogi was the standout of the meal. The beef was tender and flavorful, with a sweetness perfectly balanced by the creamy sauce. The vegetables were so fresh tasting with a light tanginess that kept them from being bland.
The fries were excellent—crispy and golden, though the large garlic chunks were occasionally overpowering. The accompanying garlicky, creamy sauce, however, was absolutely...
Read moreVery chill labor day lunch at Redwood Curtain with South G tacos. We got the fish and beef tacos, with a side of parm garlic fries. The garlic was POTENT and in clumps, so beware if you are sensitive. It was all fantastic and fresh! Good thing I skipped breakfast because it was almost too much food.
Paired everything with samplers of Rice It Up Lager, a Mexican Lager, and Irish Stout. The cider and local made rootbeer were also fabulous. A really great day. The outdoor and indoor seating are equally pleasant, and RCB has bathrooms, shuffleboard, water and even a Litte Free Library!
One of my favorite out of the way hangouts when I...
