Tonight (December 2021) around 6 pm I called from across town to make a phone order. The woman working asked me to make the order online. I told her I was driving, she explained she was with a customer and to hold on. She took my order for 1 sandwich and was curt, hung up with "I'll have it ready soon, Ma'am, click" ...I drove across town and waited in the car because it was cold out, I saw she was helping a Mother & two kids, and there was two additional male customers in line. All of those people received their sandwiches with great service to my knowledge. Trust me I realize she was swamped with customers and the only person working, I used to make sandwiches and it's not an easy position to be in with a line out the door.
While I waited in line, an older man in a suit came in behind me, pacing around looking for the restroom, she stopped making sandwiches to bring him the key to the restroom before he even said anything. I continued to wait, confused. Why him? She begun the man behind me's sandwich before mine- I conveyed I had called ahead with a phone order. She finished making the mans sandwich and left me standing there, still. As he walked out, he said, "Not sure why she skipped you.."
Cancelled my order, so demeaning and frustrating to be treated like I was invisible by this woman. I asked her why she made me wait, she then dismissed me "thank you for your business & goodnight!" and answered...
Read moreI love going to subway, it’s one of my favorite places to eat. However, this specific spot is the worst one I’ve went to yet. The employees are very rude and when I ask for extra olives and pickles a particular worker gives me a couple and I have to ask literally 4 times just to get what I asked for in the first place. This looks horrible for the whole company of subway ,and the manager needs to have a serious talk with there workers on what it means to have good customer service and at the least just some decency to other human beings. I will never ever come back and I hope they get their...
Read moreThe fact that they skimp on the veggies of all things is insane. Regular onion is ~5 slivers apparently. They even go extremely light on the oil and vinegar. I ordered a sandwich with about 5 various vegetables on top as well as mayonnaise and oil and vinegar. It was basically a turkey, cheese, and lettuce sandwich.
The cost saving our local Subways are doing is extremely disappointing and makes me feel like I'm being taken advantage of every time I go (which is about once or twice a year at this point because the sandwiches have nothing on...
