Nightmare experience. Ordered here of a Uber eats mobile order. For a “large” 14” pizza and 8 wings it costed 45$ not including tip. Pretty expensive, but for what the reviews promised I was expecting good food. Unfortunately, what I got was far, FAR from good food. First red flag was I ordered a cheese pizza with one whole topping and two halves, paid for it like that. Pizza arrived and of course, is missing a topping. Oh well life goes on. First bite pizza is cold, greasy, and doughy, overall very poor quality. The dough seemed like it was ordered frozen, thawed out, microwaved, and then served, toppings weren’t all too fresh either. All these red flags and yet I still tried pushing through, big mistake. My second slice I had the pleasure of munching on a large black hair. Frankly I was grossed out, but I even gave this place the benefit of the doubt and chose to fool myself into believing it was my girlfriends hair. I skip the rest of that slice and move onto the next one, and once again I was graced with a tasty medium length blond hair in my pizza, how delightful. Neither me nor my girlfriend would have such hair. This place is gross, low-quality, and incompetent. My family and I wanted to try someplace new to eat. After an exhausting search we found this restaurant. Upon entering, the place was cozy, clean and inviting. The menu reflected higher than usual prices for the food so we hoped the quality would reflect. The food was good, however, it seemed more expensive than it should have been. Our bill was about $62 for 2 sandwiches with tiny salads, a hoagie with cheese fries and 3 drinks including a water. To start, my sandwich had one piece of lettuce, a small piece of chicken and a slimy piece of tomato. My husband sandwich came out wrong. The chicken on his BLT was missing. The waitress submitted as requested but missed by the chef. They did say they would remake it but I didn’t feel like waiting so I kept it as is, making sure the receipt reflected this fact. My son’s hoagie was what was expected and the fries were very good. The wait staff was friendly, always smiling. Our waitress could have been as attentive to our table as her others.
