Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Arden Hills

We've had two bad experiences with this specific location in the past two weeks. The first time we arrived twelve minutes before the store closed to find the doors already locked. It was inconvenient but not the end of the world. Today, however, was just an example of bad service. The first thing my husband said when he returned to the car was that he had a strange experience. The cashier just walked up to the counter without saying anything and stared at him until he ordered. Again, it's not necessary to greet people or ask what they would like to order, but it's a nice customer service gesture. When we got home his mac and cheese barely edible. It was dry as there was hardly any cheese. Noodles were still completely bare after stirring. Also there were quite a few random other noodles which doesn't affect the taste but it looks less appetizing. His meal looked more like a scrap pail than an appetizing entrée. I imagine we'll be giving our business to the Potbelly's a few doors down from now on. This is absolutely the worst noodles and company I’ve ever been to. I live closest to this one, however I will go all the way to the one by the mall instead because the service and the food is 100% better. Last time I will ever come to the one on Lexington. The people here are absolutely just rude and disrespectful. Came in during lunch and stood by the counter for 10 mins and not one person was there. After a while a young blonde girl came and walked up to the counter and just stared at me until I ordered. I just said “really??” And she said “ I was in the bathroom” no apology NOTHING. Took my friends order and then walked away not even giving me time to order. Customer service these days is just getting worse and worse. STOP hiring apathetic teens who aren’t trained on how to greet a customer or even say hello. I’ve never even seen another customer inside this noodles. It’s like everyone noodles is completely careless and clueless.Just shut it down. Tried to order two meals in store 6/18 @ 12 pm. Larger gentleman told me "just a minute". He then proceeded to not acknowledge me again and only filled online orders. I was the only person waiting in line and decided to go to a different restaurant instead since he refused to even take my order. There were also two military gentleman waiting for their food as I arrived. In the 15 minutes I stood waiting to just place an order one of the military gentleman left the store, bought crumble cookies, and came back before they even got their food. I have never experienced such a horrid time trying to order food. I understand if it's super busy or a rush shows up during off hours.
