I won't lie I've been a little crazy for Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew the past week, some days even getting it twice a day. Always Grande size. No customizations, ever.
Being that I work on the road I have gone to many locations over the Metro just this past week. I was at this location around lunch yesterday. As expected for the time of day, the lobby was full and the drive-thru was quite a bit of a long wait. But that doesn't bother me at all, I understand that.
Saddly my drink was ALL ice. The drink was gone in 4 sips. Initially I was like "Okay, that was quick.. damn". I honestly didn't think much of it until I've had another two since then from different locations and it really hit me that this location gave definitely less than half of what I've gotten elsewhere.
I understand being busy is stressful, staff at Starbucks work very fast almost non-stop depending on the location. I don't know if being busy means they try and split up the common drinks and use extra ice for filler? I just don't want to pay $6 for a cup of ice.

Read morePlaced an online order through the App which told me my food and drink would be ready for in store pickup in 10 mins which is already a too long a time to wait. When I got there I stood at the counter next to the sign that read "online order pickup" which had zero items on it. I was ignored for at least 3 mins until I was finally asked if I had an online order. I said yes and the employee then moved my (obviously been ready for a while) order from the window to the counter it should have been at. The sandwich looked like it was put together by a 5 year old and was dry and chewy from being heated and then sitting there for who knows how long and the pumpkin spice latte pales in comparison to the Caribou Coffee version. We went inside vecause we were already running late and the drive thru had 12 to 15 cars waiting in line. BIG MISTAKE! We waited 25 to 30 minutes on two drinks and a scone. They were running around and not helping eachother, they had eight people working and one person making drinks for the customers waiting inside. They served four or five people their orders that ordered after us and we finally asked what was going on...they gave me my drink and still had to wait on my husbands drink which should have taken two mins to make...handed us a $4 gift card with no apology, no explanation just a "here you go we are just busy."
