Eileen's Colossal Cookies — Restaurant in Ardmore

I ordered 2 doz spiderman cookies from Eileen's in Ardmore and they are the WORST set of cookies I have ever gotten from any Eileens!!!! They are all jacked up on the sides, not smooth around the edges AT ALL, looked like they had been knocked around or something?? The decorator that was in there at pickup (my husband picked them up after work so I got the picture and told him to take them back in and I would call up there) wanted to argue and said they are like that because the sides are rigid. Ummmm.... no! Not the wonderful Eileen's cookies I'm used to ordering from the Sooner Rd store in OKC!! I now live in sulphur and thought that this branch would be just as good with their custom cookies as thr Sooner Rd store and the store in Yukon, Ok but I was so wrong!!! These cookies are for my g-sons 6th bday party TOMORROW in Norman, Ok and I have to drive down to Ardmore and re-pick up my cookies, at 10 am in the morning, that I have already paid for (almost $60!!) and then go the distance up to Norman for his party where these cookies are a BIG part of the party!!! The manager (Christy, from what they told me) either needs to send her employees to a better decorating class or get a new decorator that CARES about the Eileen's Colossal Cookies brand!!! Very upset and disappointed!

We received a cookie delivery for my husbands birthday. We were shocked to open the box and see the very odd color frosting they selected. The cookies were delicious but were uneven sizes and thicknesses giving more of a home baked feel as opposed to a professional bakery. In addition to the oddly orangey pink sugar cookies we received a sleeve of Oatmeal cookies. The cookies within the sleeve were crumbles by the time we received them. The sender of this gift would certainly be horribly disappointed if I ever dare tell them what we received.

As a franchise there should be standard operating procedures in place to guarantee a consistent product that customers have come to expect. I guess the Ardmore location must think they know better. This product presentation and quality was embarrassingly bad.

I could not recommend the Ardmore location of Eileen’s Colossal...

I was very impressed by the young lady managing the store when we visited. She came out from behind the display case to help us. We were treated like we were there to buy the store, when all we were doing was looking at the discounted cookies. I wish I had the presence of mind to get her name, but if management wants to know we were there a bit after noon on Monday, Feb. 19th.

The cookies are indeed colossal and very good. They are soft and chewy, instead of being hard and crunchy. Highly...
