Wife posting, not the hubby and I was concerned about the possibility of becoming contaminated with gluten but figured one time and I would know. I think she was the owner, but explained process as to why people with gluten issues and even celiac can eat her sour dough. I have celiac and gave it a shot. Literally felt like crying since sour dough was always my favorite but since having issues, couldn't eat real bread, until now!! I can eat this bread and bought a few loaves the first time. Froze them and thaw when I'm ready to have some. We are back up from valley and going to buy more. Excellent bread, it is the first time I've been able to eat real bread in so many years and so happy it's this one!! She cannot legally label it gluten free and, I never take chances but decided to with this mainly because they offered it at a restaurant as GF, asked where they got it, so glad I did! I will have a reaction with 30 minutes of eating gluten. 3 loaves and 3 months later, not one issue. Good luck if...

It wasnāt crowded when we got there so I was able to get inside without difficulty. Small inside with two small tables and a slightly bigger table in the other end of bakery. The lemon danish was yummy. Our friend got the chocolate raspberry danish and gobbled it up. The jalapeƱo cheddar bread was delicious toasted with butter (had it sliced and had it with dinner that night). The jalapeƱos were hot! š„µ Glad we went to try the pastries and bread. Menu online and itās best to call ahead with your order so they donāt run out of what you might want (I wanted the cherry fruit danish...

I was on my way to meet a friend for breakfast so I asked if they would set two loaves aside and I would pick them back up on my way through town and I was told that they cannot do that. So do you take orders or don't you take orders? The main problem with this is 90% of the time, they don't answer their phone so, it's difficult to even...
