I am regular customer at the Pinetop Burger King and up until recently had no issues with the service at this location but with in the last couple of months service has declined with the addition of new crew members I will use my experience Tonight as an example I ordered through the drive through as usual, 1 quarter pound king, a large fry and medium onion ring, it took the young man three times to get it right once he read it back correctly I proceeded forward I was third vehicle in line I noticed the person working the drive through was having an extended conversation with the customer at the window it took about ten minutes before he finally gave them their items and things started moving again, when I finally pulled up to the drive through window the employee there was a little on the rude side he gave me the total I handed him my debit card he processed my payment and Thrust my card and receipt back out to me not really paying attention to what he was doing and almost dropped my card I got my order pretty quick and left I got home to have my dinner and noticed I was missing my fries as I didn’t feel like driving all the way back I let it go and decided to reach out. The young man working the drive through had dark hair and a tattoo on the side of his neck. All I really want to say is things need to be done better. Read moreWent through the drive thru this morning (may 5th) around 9/9:30am. Whoever the women(2 for sure, possibly 3 of them) working at this time were, they are the absolute best, friendliest service I’ve had on this mountain! They deserve so much more than just a 5star review. They were so kind, and all smiles, and the food was seriously so fresh and tasty. I swear any other fast food place your lucky if your food is warm and mediocre at best. Just going out to eat this past year, at sit down restaurants on this mountain and more times than not, not only don’t get good service but get terrible, like it’s an inconvenience to serve you, service. And they are working for tips. These women at this Burger King hands down beat any other service, at any other restaurant I’ve seen here.
