Famous Philly's — Restaurant in Arizona

I've been plenty of times even shared them with my coworkers who fell absolutely in love with them. They truly do an amazing job. But I ordered today and paid for my coworkers lunch. 4 Phyllis later and they did great up until the chicken philly... absolutely no chicken or bbq sauce and the cheese was there but not on the sandwhiches at all instead on the wrapper itself and stuck. For the amount we paid im furious. Ill never order from them again with the last two food quality and staff interation. My fries were soggy and limp as well which is heartbreaking because they always have the best fries I've had in fort Mohave and bullhead so it was completely disappointing today....

I paid $12 to the Senior Circle and we had a choice of Pastrami and Famous Philly and I chose Pastrami, which was incredibly delicious, huge, loved the bread, which didn’t become SOGGY and the homemade CRISPY Potato Chips were TO DIE FOR! They had a few leftover and I asked if I could buy a couple. They only had one Pastrami left a a few Philly’s and I brought them home. Guys ate the Pastrami. Right when we walked in we were told we have 10 minutes to close. We weren't greeted with happiness or a smile. The fries we got were burnt. The sandwich that we got didn't even compare to a Jersey Mike's sub. I would definitely fire the two girls behind the counter and hire people who are passionate about the company. Those girls were not. My husband and I were super excited about trying this place. Definitely disappointed and would not go back. If you go.
