I ordered a mobile order and the bigger lady had never even started it after 20 minutes mind you there was nobody in there, she had a big attitude. My raspado had absolutely no ice cream in it, I ordered extra ice cream and my second risotto and there was barely any ice cream, my nachos came with barely anything. I specifically asked for no cabbage, and there was only cabbage and chips. I had only ordered two bottles and a nacho and it took her an extra 25 minutes to get it ready. $30 on this order felt like a rip off for what I received. Y'all are new to our community and your customer service is very poor! The big female that works there is so rude. I felt like I bothered her by ordering a big order and it made me feel very uncomfortable. You will lose customers and your business will go down hill. It looks like y'all are miserable working. The man who served me was the son of the owner, he was very respectful and clean, the raspados was very creamy and rich with flavor, while I was dinning in I saw around 15 over customers visiting and ordering the food or drinks, there are many options for the raspados from sweet to sour and from creamy to icy, there was also a oreo option. 10/10 would recommend visiting, especially with younger children who want a sweet but long...
