Called in an order two nights ago for pickup around 8pm. It wasn’t very busy when I went in to pickup food and my order was the only one sitting there for pickup. Ordered a pizza which turned out to not be fully cooked all the way. The dough in the center was still soft and the pizza was warm but not hot. Also had ordered lemon pepper dry rub wings where it didn’t have much of a dry rub just as if they lightly peppered it. The chicken Parmesan sandwich and fries the chicken was cold under a glob of melted cheese that was cold and the fries were still half frozen. The calamari was cold as well. Mind you we only went 2.5 miles up from the restaurant and it was still 100 degrees outside. When I called and spoke to the female manager on shift that night I offered to send pictures of the food and she said no that wouldn’t be necessary they have a new chef and they will talk with him and that she would provide me with a credit for my food next time. She then called back a few minutes later and said the owner would reach out tomorrow for she talked to the owner and before providing me with a credit he wanted to talk to me. The owner never called and I spoke to another gentleman the next evening when I called and at first he said I was told to bring it back and they would remake it. I said no I offered to send pictures to the other manager and she said no that she would issue a credit and I explained how she called back and said the owner would be in contact. He then asked me to send pictures and confirmed he received them and stated he could see the pizza was not cooked all the way through that there isn’t even any grease on the box. He said that they would call me back. They have now lost a customer cause they couldn’t stand by their word of returning a phone call or offer to properly make the food on my next visit. Spending $60 for food that is not cooked is ridiculous.

I drove 5 hours from El Paso to keep a 4pm pre-paid tour of an abandoned Titan 2 Missile Silo. I then had to check in with my Airbnb and drop off my luggage. I had skipped lunch to get everything done, so I was famished by the time I was ready for dinner. We don't have much of a selection for Chicago Pizza where I live so I had already selected Rosati's Chicago deep dish pizza for my dinner. I was seated right away, which was great since I was a party of one and it's Saturday night. The waitress came in little time and I told her in detail what I wanted I ordered their 14 inch Chicago deep dish pizza with extra cheese, extra sauce, sausage and mushrooms with an unsweetened iced tea. I already knew about the 30+minutes wait time. This was special. The pizza and service were exceptional. I had lots of leftovers, which the server placed in smaller containers for my mini fridge. I even got the parking spot right in front the restaurant! Now it looks like I will be having pizza for breakfast for the next 3 day. Ha ha! 😂

Great tasting thin crust pizza! Affordable place to grab a beer and a pie! The service was a bit awkward at first. It seemed as if they were either short staffed or confused who would be serving us. Even the bartender came around from the bar to check in on us. The ambiance is dark. The time was after 5 pm. It felt a little sad to me. I suppose they like to keep it dark and cool 😎 because it is very hot and sunny outside. We ordered a thin crust pizza, which was very hot and delicious. The pizza was cut in squares, which was easy to manage while eating. Our beers were refreshing and paired well with our meal. Rosetti's sits next to L.A. Fitness on the East End. It's a great place to meet with friends after a great workout! I can't wait to head back there.

I did add a reply to owner at bottom, that was my edit as of now. Everything else was originally posted.

So, I'll just be brief. Wife and I went here just to spend time and enjoy a small little snack away from home. Saw good reviews, came here. The food wasn't "wow factor", but the calamari and zucchini chips were not very tasty and very bland, not to mention the calamari didn't seem very cooked, but wasn't bad to the point I had to mention to our waitress.

The service was very slow. Wasn't very busy for a Saturday night, but there were a few people. Our waitress didn't seem very friendly, and just seemed like she didn't want to be there and wanted everyone to get out. No smile, no how are you? The host girl seemed way nicer, would have rather had her. Things like this are important to me, so I probably won't come back if this is how it is, and from reading other reviews, this sounds pretty normal.

Last, atmosphere. It seemed pretty cool. Seemed like a little sports bar. Would have given this the best score, but the whole time there was a family with their kids, and the kids were running around the tables screaming and the parents were laughing about it and the staff didn't address it. Kinda didn't set the tone for "sports bar" or anything else. Didn't know I went to chucky cheese.

I will not go back here of my own choice. Hopefully the owner or whoever can get it together just a little bit.

Edit and reply back to owner: It seems that that is a common response that you give to reviews on here, and it seems that the same issues continue happening over months from reading other reviews. I hope you do actually consider what I said, as I don't have any ill intentions, I do love to support local businesses. My reviews can and have changed before from businesses addressing issues and working on customer relations. I do hope in the future my review will change. I do want to say thank you for the reply, but also, it does sound generic and...

I do not give poor reviews often so when I do, they hit a nerve. Wing from Chicago, I appreciate decent pizza and since this is the only place in Tucson from Chicago, I like to go when I’m in mood for pizza. Last night was a train wreck. I live about 25 min from here and order online to save time. Drive there and they usually have everything all ready. The lady working behind counter was already confused and messed up something on the order before mine. I overheard the issue with the previous customer. I had to give her my name twice as she again seemed disorganized and confused. She handed me part of my order and forgot the pizza. Then, when she did grab it she tilted the box down to perpendicular as she pulled box from heating cabinet. I assumed and was correct the pizza would be slid and ruined. She handed it to me and I put it on the table to open and check. I returned the pizza to her and said I’ll take another one. She opened it and looked surprised. Hmmmmm. Then got manager who was friendly but when I went to open the pizza box to show him he shut it one me and said let me take a look. Then opened it to say looks like it slid a little when boxing it. Hahahahaha. Sure. I said, “ are you going to listen to me know and let me explain or you going to shut the lid on me again?” I asked for a refund on everything as I was not in mood or have the time to sit and wait another 30 min for it to be remade. The best part was the refund came back fast to my bank. Never had an issue in past with them and I know people make mistakes. Manager was friendly but seemed a little ready to be a bit too defensive over a pizza. Note to pizza workers, try and keep the boxes upright as intended. Seems common sense. Or else just shove the pizza in a plastic bag and...
