Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Arizona

This is the second week in a row I could not get my bagels I wanted the 13 special on Monday or Tuesday I could not get my bagels again I could not get my bagels after I ordered them at 9:15 in the morningI waited in line 1/2 hour to pick them up when I got there again like last week someone forgot my order they had no bagels at 11:30 and they don't close till 1 and so I was so irate I said something's got to be done and every time they said well we're just sorry and I said sorry doesn't cut itI asked them over and over why didn't candy place my order they don't know but this is wrong I am going to talk to the manager tomorrow morning they wasn't in there of course there wasn't a manager again I don't know who runs the store but the manager needs to get on to itI know this sounds bizarre but I want my bagels and I'm a good customer and they don't give you the bagels I've been there a week after week at 11 and they still are out of bagels and they don't cook more I think that they should have bagels up to the...

Any time we are in Tucson we stop at the Ina and Shannon store and have always had a good visit. That was not the case today. Just about everything we ordered had something wrong with it. Ordered a dozen bagels, turned around and asked "anything else with you half dozen" corrected that. I asked if they could all be sliced, nine were sliced. Bit if a challenge when your on vacation in a hotel. Told them twice we didn't need cream cheese, they still put it on, thankfully cashier asked if we grabbed it otherwise we would have paid but not picked any up. Ordered a bagel sandwich and asked for no tomato spread, ticket said no tomato spread. You guessed it it had tomato spread on it. Asked for freezer bags but only got them when I asked again as we were leaving. Everyone is entitled to a bad day but this was several different crew members involved in making our order. The food is good and the staff have been great. There’s not much option for a decaf coffee drinker though. They don’t offer decaf espresso (No vanilla latte for me) and they don’t have vanilla flavored creamer. I asked for some shots of vanilla flavoring in a small decaf coffee (3 pumps to a small, typically). It’s an extra $0.80 a pump! Seems like a heck of a mark up. My $2.29 coffee is suddenly $4.69, which is more expensive than a small vanilla latte, which has the same number of vanilla shots, as well as espresso (again, no decaf options) and milk! We asked a supervisor to double check their policy…is it really $0.80 per pump, or is it $0.80 for all 3 pumps. She called corporate and verified its per pump.
