I have come to this subway many times in the past year alone and it is always a terrible experience. I've waited in line for 40+ minutes, while a female employee walked around not doing anything to help the two guys make the sandwiches faster. I have also had an employee make a disaster of my sandwich to the point I had to eat it with a fork and knife. and in the 20+ times I've attended this establishment this year, only 4 of those times have they had Italian herb and cheese. now it is my favorite bread so I'm sure there are others that like it too (hence why it is always gone) but if it is that popular, bake more. and bake more before you run out not after and turn customers away because it's still baking. every single time I come in they are out. it is very frustrating when subway is supposed to be a make it your way place and I never get that. this place is a joke. and I will be frequenting fire house subs...

The door had signs requiring a face covering to enter but when we got inside less than half of the other patrons inside had masks on and the staff was not enforcing the mask mandate. The employee with the purple hair was serving us and was wearing her mask below her chin so her mouth and nose were uncovered, when I asked her to please cover her mouth and nose and change gloves before preparing our food she rolled her eyes and spoke to us in a very rude tone for the remainder of our transaction. As soon as we had paid, she immediately removed her mask again and went to serve other customers in line. Read moreMy wife and I were regular customers at this store for years. We used to get 2 foot longs twice a week. The staff was friendly and the quality was good! Four years ago we received two coupons in the mail from Subway, “ANY Foot Long $5 Dollars”, No small print, no exceptions or exclusions. We both ordered the new Reuben sandwich but the local franchisee and owner of all the local stores changed the rules to exclude that sandwich and refused to honor our coupons. I guess it’s on principle that we haven’t been back since.
