Never have I ever had worse service. The manager of this store needs to educate himself on taking ownership of mistakes instead of relying on excuses. My grandsons and I ate at this store August 17 at 3:15. While in line, we heard the employee talking about being 'short handed', 2 people were out. Maybe we should have left but we went ahead and ordered. BIG MISTAKE. After waiting 30 minutes, watching groups come in, order and receive their food, I inquired about our order. We had 13 items- three drinks, two boxes and two Burritos. First response, from who I can only assume was a manager, 'we are short handed'. After giving the name on our order, he stated there was no order. I presented my receipt, he turned to a female employee, said something about 'bumping' orders, walked over to another employee, said something and walked to the end of the line. At 3:51 I received the order. Nothing was said. No acknowledgement of the time it took, no apology for losing our order. It was like everything's normal. If the time issue wasn't enough, our order was not accurate. Taco Bell operates on a whole different...
Read moreHope someone see this. So let's start with me wanting a quick meal on Easter Sunday and I thought I'd try TacoBell @ the White Mountain Blvd location across from the Safe Way grocery store. I went through the drive tru and ordered a $2 veggie burrito and a nacho fries burrito (received nacho fries just not in a burrito lol).. drove home and ate the 2 items even though not what I ordered. I finished my dinner then watched a movie. Half way through the movie I begin to feel the typical tacobell indigestion coming on so I think ok I'll go down a glass of water no problem. It keeps getting worse.. in fact I ended up with the worst food poisoning I've EVER EVER EXPERIENCED!! FOR 5 DAYS IVE BEEN SICK!!!! Skip this location if you want to live. No joke, I've had the norovirus in 2011 this was ER bad food poisoning. Turn Back...
Read moreHaven't been to Taco Bell in a few years, but had a yen for a taco salad. Well they don't make them any more so I had to modify a "bowl" order which cost extra and was 3/4 rice. Not only that but now they can't even take my order? I have to stand at a kiosk and do it myself? Yet it seems to give the employees plenty of time to chit-chat while they "prepare" the food. Another couple came in while I was there and it seems that the chit chat kept the employees from actually making their order correctly. And they think that's worth a $15.00/hr minimum wage?? Sorry but it will be a "cold day in 'BELL'" before I spend my hard earned money at this or any other Taco Bell. Next time I want a Taco salad I'll go to a restaurant that will actually take my order the way I want it without a bunch...
