Vito's Italian Cuisine — Restaurant in Arizona

TO GARY S..... IF could I would give this place a -DON'T DESERVE A STAR.... customer service is absolutely absurd ,the lady said I will go ahead and speel my name out for you and her name was Alyssa don't care if I got the spelling right or not........ and this is when I asked her for her name and said I was going to leave a bad review and that was her statement .......... Lol,Llitte kids...they would deliver to the hotel across the street Im in a semi truck parked across the street and they would not deliver to me because that's not what they do it. what a terrible way for customer service and reading the other reviews I'm glad I did not get something from here to eat because it says it's a dump so I guess I'm in line with all the other reviews ,I should have read the review first, "silly me "but this is what happens when you let kids run a restaurant customer service is becoming a lost art form it's easier to be rude and get you off the phone then help you understand why you would not deliver across the street I would have met him at the hotel but they would not have any of that ,so screw you I'll spend my money somewhere else they were very very and I mean very rude to deal with. Take your time ,spend your money somewhere else where you will be appreciated for taking the time to call or come in. And I bet with that they'll be out of business within a year thanks for listening to your customers thank you for customer loyalty the customers are who pays your bills.....but most importantly thank you for the wonderful customer service I hope 10 million people read this and post it because it is terrible way to treat anybody.....and for you Alyssa go back to school and learn some manners I have a daughter that is 11 years old and she has way more respect than you ever have so on this note II end this with...

Ordered Vito’s last night for our dinner. We got a modified Vito’s special pizza and the Vito’s wings. When we got home we realized the pizza toppings were wrong. We understand mistakes happen and certainly weren’t expecting free food. But Vito’s isn’t cheap and when you spend $41.00 before tip on 2 items, you certainly want them made correctly.

So we called them back to let them know they messed up and the lady on the phone didn’t seem to care at all. She only wanted to know if we had eaten any of the pizza yet. She offered to remake it if we bought back the pizza. While it’s a nice offer, it’s a 20 min drive back and it’s already late and if we did this we would now also have cold wings.

End of the day that wasn’t going to work for us and we would just eat what was made. The issue at hand was the attitude and the complete lack of an apology. Mistakes happen, apologize and move on. Being rude, and not even owning the mistake is very poor service. Especially at the prices they are charging.

We wouldn’t have even written this review if the lady simply said they were sorry. Instead she tried to make us feel stupid for even bothering to inform them of the mistake.

I’m not sure it’s worth...

Sadly disappointed in our 2nd dinner at this establishment. I ordered the lasagna. Which by the way is the only dish that is made with homemade pasta.. It was good. Hubby ordered the Chicken Marsala. It was not edible. White milky cold sauce ..with a 1/2 chicken breast that appeared to be boiled. Not baked or sautéed. We also ordered garlic cheese bread to accompany our meals.. About 20 minutes into waiting our server came to check on us.. I reminded her. We had not even been served our salad. off she went. Came back with our salad..which consisted of bagged wilted lettuce a couple tomatoe peices cheddar cheese and PACKS of Italian dressing.. Our meals arrived. The chicken Marsala was inedible.. He literally had to ask her to remove it from the table. It was that bad. She took it. No ? Or apology? Ah. The cheesy garlic bread never made it. She offered to get it right out? We were at that point waiting for our check.. No thanks. She was a very sweet young lady. Didn't seem to care much about customers though. Dunno. Definitely off our to go list.. It was that bad. !
