Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Arkansas

Absolutely 💯 percent mismanaged. Went there 7/72025 around 9pm , and they had nothing, no milk, no brownies , out of half there ice cream. The boy said their shipment for last Wednesday got canceled, and they were out of everything. Who manages this place !? Tonight my daughter and I race down there 7/11/25 and get there at 9:54 pm and they close at 10pm, I ask if they where open and he walk over and look at the time and said "yeah I guess". Really ? Ask for a milkshake and he said , "we are out of milk." Again ? That's funny, my son went 30 minutes earlier and said it looked like they had plenty of milk. The boy behind the counter also said "well if you would've come in 5 to 10 minutes earlier, they would've had milk." The girl mopping the floor looked like she was going throw a litteral temper tantrum when we walked in. We just walked out because it was obvious they did not want to serve costumers. This place is absolute trash, and either these kids are lazy or the manager is an absolute clown. How are you always out of milk with the dollar store and Walmart right there ? This stupid stuff happened last year when we went. Baskin Robbins Corp needs to be notified that a franchise is hurting their image. We vacation in big groups all summer long and we all will never step foot in this dirty flop house. What a shame. Take note: the owner nor manager responds to bad reviews because they have the same attitude the kids...

Felt VERY rushed. We got there at 9:20ish to make sure we weren’t coming right when they closed. As soon as she asked what we wanted (girl with short dark hair, glasses, shorter) my son, 12 was so stressed and rushed I had to step in and help him order. She was very rude. Rushing about cone or cup, I didn’t know our options and she was put out to explain. We had four orders total, I placed two and the rushed attitude continued. I was nervous about asking about lactose free options for my daughter so I told my son “ I don’t know why she’s being mean but let’s just order and get out of her way”. She was nice about those lactose free options. But right back to rude and rushing during check out. 3 of my party had their order and was waiting at a table for me to pay and get mine. She yelled 9:28ish “ OUR LOBBY IS CLOSED” at my party waiting for my to pay……. They also were putting up all the chairs, and tables at 9:20 and claimed the inside lobby was closed but I saw nothing about those policies on the door or inside or online. It’s a Saturday night on a lake town…. This was for our kids but instead they were yelled at, rushed, and not even given a nice word except a rushed “ have a nice night “ after paying. 17$ not worth it. The ice cream was good though except the lactose free option we got. Everyone else there was rushed as well. We observed that eating our ice cream outside....

Kind to children and adults alike. It seems like the customers come in assault waves like troops invading a beach . No one in line and then four SUVs pull up in formation. All of a sudden its standing room only and 18 people who are narrowing down their choices a favorite 3. Sneeze shields flying open and ice cream scoops digging for the last portion of rocky road or mint chocolate chip.
