I hate to write this review, but after reading the roach, fly, and hair review, I might as well 🤷♀️. I ordered a #5 1/4lb bacon cheese burger meal and a tuxedo sundae. Go sit to eat my food, touch the fries, and bit off one, they were cold. Check my burger, no bacon, and the cheese wasn't even melted. Take the bag and my unwrapped burger back to the counter, tell the girl what's wrong, and ask for fresh food. She proceeds to go and just add bacon to my burger and bring it back to me. I said again, "Can I have a fresh burger and fries?" She keeps the burger, and then grabs my bag of fries off the counter, and proceeds back to the cooking area. Didn't this girl dump my fries back into the heated area where all the other fries are kept! I touched all over those fries, even bit 1 and threw it back in the bag 🤦♀️. Then she puts my burger that I touched all on to see that it didn't have any bacon in the heater area where all the fries were. I mean, my hands were clean, I just washed them in their restroom, and I'm very ocd with washing my hands because of my bad allergies. BUT THAT WAS VERY UNACCEPTABLE AND UNSANITARY!!! I know there is alot of behind the scenes nastiness at most restaurants, but to see it is very disappointing. So I tell the I assumed manager (green apron), she seemed shocked, but idk. She tells the girl that it was UNSANITARY, who responded "I didn't know she touched them". Um I told her in the beginning that they were cold, but still once food has left the kitchen and into a customers hand, u are supposed to THROW IT AWAY! Or at least not let all the customers see u intend to reserve it to another customer. Is the economy that bad that businesses have to recycle food? Now, after reading the roach in the sundea review, I'M TERRIFIED TO EAT MY $5.39 TUXEDO SUNDAE!!! I won't be eating at this location anymore. On a positive note, the manager remade my food herself, the restaurant and restroom were pretty clean, and there wasn't a long wait considering they were a little busy. Thank you for your time, sorry...
Read moreI come in after church around 1:30 pm or so and it was not busy at all. Normally I would have ordered in the drive thru but I wanted to sit down and enjoy my lunch. I order a simple combo meal with a burger (only mayonnaise, lettuce, and tomatoe), fries, and a drink. I get my cup and I filled it up with sprite no ice. As I went to put the lid on I noticed black things in my drink which indicated that the fountain thing was not cleaned properly. I immediately brought that to their attention while I waited for my food. The girl was nice and offered me sprite from the drive through and immediately clean the fountain thing for the sprite. She did also advise that if I wanted to use the sprite now it has been cleaned properly. I get my food and I do what I always do, dig into my fries while they are hot. I do not like cold fries. I eat like half of my fries then I take a bite of my burger. It tasted ok, it was just a little too big for me so I cut it in half because I usually can't finish a whole burger at once. As soon as I cut it in half, I immediately got disgusted because my meat was pink. I take my whole tray up to the counter and ask for the manager. I showed her the problem and she asked what did I want to do or did I want a refund. I advised I wanted a burger that was cooked all the way. They cooked it and gave me more fresh fries. I am writing this review because this is an issue. I have been sick for about 3 months and the doctors could not figure out exactly why only until about a week ago. They had been taking different tests and finally found the issue to my problem. I had campylobacter, and you can look that up. Having been as sick as I have been, losing weight, etc. I definitely do not want to experience it again, it's only been a week since I started feeling better. I go out to eat a lot and these restaurants need to make sure they are properly cooking our food. I have never had a bad experience with Braum until yesterday. I probably won't be coming back unless I get ice cream, no...
Read moreMy Husband and I drove through the drive thru at a very busy time.About 6 pm. There was quite a long line. We stayed because we love Braums. However, that wasn't the case tonight!!! As I pulled up to the sign to order, and asked the person for a minute to make our selection. A car started honking at us to hurry! ( At which I would highly recommend another menu for the cars in line can make their choices prior to the order screen! Just a suggestion). The cashier was Argumentative to myself upon ordering two chocolate shakes. Explaining that we didn't complete our order due to being rushed. A sign on the window for Shake's at $2.19. He rang them up and his Total was incorrect. I repeated our order and pointed out the sign. We told him that his $6.50 something was incorrect and that we ordered the special for $2.19. He got very Argumentative to me, that " I didn't Specify what size we wanted"!!! I asked what sizes he had? Small medium or large. I said, " we saw the sign for $2.19, if you Want anything other than small, then you're to verbally say what size!! At least that's always been a given. I'm 60+ years old. And he should have clarified the size by simply Asking me at the getting!!! He contued to Argue with me! So I said, "so you're not only incorrect, you're going to be Argumentative and Rude to us"!!! My Husband said to cancel the shakes, due to his Rudeness. Which we did. After he handed us our order. HE SLAMMED the window!! I phoned the Manager," Michael". Who did Not apologize! Just said," I'll have a Talk with him"! I said I was Totally disappointed in this Whole transaction! And suggested that they take him Off of Customer interaction until he was Correctly taught Customer Service! Michael's response was," Well what do you want me to do? Write him up?". I don't believe you really want or approve of your employees treating your customers in this Most...
