Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Arlington

Worst pizza experience of my life. I ordered my pizza well done. Bc most places hire inexperienced children to make the za. Who pull it out early bc they honest couldn't care less if your pizza is properly cooked. So I was given a completely raw dough. White as uncooked flour. When I called to ask for a replacement or refund they refused to answer my phone call leaving me on hold for 30+ mins. Then I began to call back repeatedly till I could speak w a manager. The employee refused to give the phone to management. I had just moved to the area had no fridge, stove, etc. Had no other way to eat that evening. Very inconsiderate of this establishment to not even hear me out. Bc of this I will simply never eat at domino's again. They can't seem to make a pizza...

Always fast and friendly. Recently, I placed an online order but failed to see it was marked as "carryout". I was home with the kids, my wife was at work, and the youngest was already asleep for the night. When I figured out, an hour later, that it had taken much longer than usual for them to deliver, I called the store. They confirmed my fear that I had place the order for carryout instead of delivery. They changed the order to delivery for me! I insisted that they just bring me the pizzas that had been sitting there, waiting for me to pick them up, but they were having NONE of that! On 6/10/25, I ordered an Ultimate pepperoni pizza and received a cheese pizza. I checked the receipt and noticed it stated “Ultimate Pepperoni, no pepperoni”. I’m not sure how that happened, but the order doesn’t make sense. I called the store and the young man who answered was rude and dismissive. I asked if he questioned the order when it came it, he said yes but he’s “not going to call every order that looks fishy”. He stated he was the manager on duty, so I asked for the owners contact info. He stepped away and returned to the phone to say the owners weren’t available and were probably out of state.
