Edit... I got a reply from the owner, where they said that I should reach out to them on the JITB website. If the owner had read my post, they would have seen that I did reach out that way. Secondly, I started looking back at the owners replies to other complaint reviews on this Google page for the store and they all sound like copy and paste form responses. They all nice a nice apology, understanding that the customer deserves better and a request to co tact the JITB contact page. I still have not gotten a reply to my emails asking for assistance. So their response looks nice and pretty here, but what are they doing to fix the problems that are being reported here? The answer is... looks like nothing.

I placed a mobile order at 6:07am from the parking lot. The store hours are 6:00am-4:00pm. I waited a few minutes to pull up to the drive thru to give my order time to come up on their system. When I pulled up to the drive thru menu, no one answered. After a minute of waiting, I pulled up to the window and waited. Still I saw no one moving inside. I opened my phone and called the number that both the jack in the box website and Google said was a good number for this store. Still no one answered. I pulled away from the window to see if any new cars had pulled into the parking lot. There were no new vehicles. So I tried my luck with the drive thru process again. I had the same result. No one answered at the menu, the window or the phone. I pulled back out of the drive through and saw an employee getting dropped off. Yay, now I can get my food and go to work. Not so fast. I let the employee know that I had a mobile order placed and no one was answering. She said to pull back around to the drive thru. So I did. Still no one answered the menu and I pulled back to the window. She said that she did not see any mobile orders on her screen. I understand that there are occasional glitches and I asked her if the I had the right address (753 Lamar in Arlington). She stepped away and when she came back she said it was 101 Abrams. From the drive thru I can see the street sign for Cooper and the 700 block of Lamar. At this point it is about 6:25 and I am getting close to being late to work. I did not have time to argue with the employee. I left and figured I would get the issue of my refund on the Jack in the box complaint department. I submitted a complaint and was notified that management from that franchise would be responding to me. Two days later I get an email from someone asking how I would like my refund (pick up in store or mailed to me). I replied to ask if the 4-6 hours are correct and if that is the stores hours, I would not be able to pick it up in store. I have not received a reply in 5 days. If you are choosing to get a good JITB meal in this area, I recommend going to the one off of Euless rd. It is a few minutes away but I have had no problems at this one. I will not be going back to the one at 753 Lamar rd...
Read moreWhat's less than 1 star? I waited 20 minutes in line for my order just to receive cold food. I drove across the bridge, two minutes away and realized my food was cold and I called up to the store. The young lady that answered the phone told me there was no manager on duty and there was nothing they could do besides remake my order until the morning. I didn't want anything else from them and surely didn't want to wait another 20 minutes for them to replace my meal. I decided to drive back up there even though it was late, to return the food and get my money back. Of course the line was long then also. I called back into the store and let them know I was outside and if someone could accept the food back and just void my transaction since I paid with my card. The young lady asked a guy she was working with if he could do it and he told her to just hang up the phone. After being hung up on, I had no choice but to wait another 15 minutes in line to return the food. Once I reached the window I had to practically argue with the boy at the window about giving me my money back and him not giving me a receipt. I am so appalled at the lack of customer service I received here so to the point I will never go to another Jack in the box again. Save your time...
Read moreThis jack in the box is just terrible, both inside and at the drive thru. Inside is never clean, the floors are always sticky and the tables always have something on them. They never keep fresh tea, sweet or unsweet: it is always soured and they do not like to make a fresh batch when asked, and if it is at night and they run out (doesn't matter if they close at midnight or 2 am) before 11pm, they won't make anymore, sometimes not even if they are asked to. I have explained both to the management and to corporate that tea will grow bacteria and if it is sweetened the sugar makes it for sour faster. They take your order at the drive thru but wait till you get to the window to repeat it to you before putting it in, unless you ask them for a total and then they have to stop and put it in. The food takes forever for them to make. The staff is either slow or they do not have enough (depending on the day or night - which is worse ) people working. They constantly get orders wrong or forget to put items in them. I have called their corporate numerous times and nothing ever gets fixed. This place used to be pretty decent; but when they let the good crews leave, it has gone from a decent place...
