I ordered online for pickup, and when I got home I found that my Spicy Italian sub was missing the meat and cheese. I called the store to try to get a refund - I really didn't want to have to drive back over there because I needed to get back to work - and the manager said he could only either remake the sub give a cash refund at the store. He said he would not give a full refund unless the owner approved it. He gave the phone to his assistant, and I heard him saying "you deal with this - she's got an attitude!" The assistant took my phone number, but would only say the owner was "Mr. Harris". The assistant told me his name, but neither he or the manager would tell me the manager's name. The manager got back on the phone and continued to escalate until I got angry enough to hang up. All I wanted was a refund for the one sandwich that they didn't put meat or cheese on. I have filed complaints with Subway as well as PayPal, and I can only hope that the owner will contact me in response to this review. I doubt his employees will give him my phone number. I will certainly never visit this...
Read moreI visited Subway and I must say, it was an incredibly disappointing experience. From the moment I entered, it was evident that the staff lacked any sense of professionalism or knowledge about their own menu.
To begin with, the portion of cold cut in my sandwich was shockingly inadequate. As a frequent customer, I know what a proper portion should look like, and this was clearly only half of what it should have been. It seemed as if the staff were either oblivious to the standard serving size or intentionally skimping on ingredients.
