Burger King — Restaurant in Arlington

I went through the drive through this morning around 9:30. The first person I talked to I could hear them saying they couldn't find what I was trying to order on the computer and then another person came on to the headset. I ordered a mix'n match 2 for 6. I was told by the representative that they couldn't find it on the menu that she thinks y'all don't serve it anymore. I told her it has it on the menu in the drive through and then she magically found it. I then ordered the two junior burrito meal for my son. She rang in a croissant. I told her I didn't order a croissant, that the order was incorrect. She then told me to stop yelling at her. I wasn't aware I was yelling? So now I'm irritated because not only do you not know how to do your job now your being rude. She stated she was refusing to serve me. I told her that's fine and asked for her managers name and contact info. I asked for her name and she said Jessica and then came back and told me oh that's my last name my first name is Brittany. She said she didn't know her managers name? Which I found amusing. Who doesn't know the person who hired them and makes their schedules name? Anyways, I asked for corporates information and was denied that as well. She told me to look it up on google. I decided to go inside and see if there was someone else I could talk to. While inside, she called the manager, whose name she doesn't know on her personal phone to help another patron. I just ordered off the kiosk since Brittany Jessica or whatever her name is refused to serve me over her mistakes. Found everything perfectly fine and I don't even work there. I came with my 3 small children to play. While the setup for the play area wasn't the best (no restroom in the play area, so had to keep packing up all the stuff and children to go back-and-forth to the potty), the play structure is aimed for a wide age range. This made it inviting for my preschooler through my baby.

However, the structure is run down, falling apart, and dirty. There's even a party room in the play area, which is a brilliant idea, but they've obviously been using it for run-down machine storage. The entire play area was 90 degrees and it felt like the A/C was broken, so we were burning up. When I asked the employee to check it (I had to wait several minutes before someone even came to the counter to assist me), she told me the thermostat was too high for her to reach, "sorry." There was trash everywhere and large chunks of the play floor were missing.

I placed my order through the app and 15 mins later, I went to ask them about my order. Apparently, they finished it and set it aside, never bothering to call my name for completion. They forgot the plain iced coffee I ordered and I had to remind them several times. When I finally got it, it was almost white. For a plain iced coffee, it tasted like sweetened water and was completely undrinkable. I threw it away after 3 sips, unable to stomach any of it.

The food was okay. Didn't taste horrible, but the temperature of everything was pretty cold. Any time I needed something, I had to wait around at the counter while the employees chatted and laughed in the back.

Overall, a total letdown, despite the potential for this to be a great family dining spot. Quite sad. Won't...

First, it took them almost 5 minutes for at one person to come to the counter and take my order. It happens, and they apologized for it, so it wasn't to big of a deal. But as I went to get my drink, the floor around that areas was horrible. Sticky stains, straw wrappers on the floor, counter was horrible and I was afraid to place my cup on the counter. So next, I walked around to find a seat, and almost every table was not wiped. Some even looked liked the floor by the fountain drinks. This was only in the main dining area. I didn't bother to look in the play area. Now I came in around 2:15 pm and service was pretty slow, some drive thru, and two families dining in. Coming from fast food employee experience, I thought to myself it doesn't take but one person to wipe tables. So assumed someone would eventually come by to wipe, and out of about 4-5 workers (that how many I saw working at the time) none came to clean the area throughout the entire time I was there....and I was there for about 45 minutes. I didn't bother to use the restroom, I just hope it was clean. The only pluses I can give was that the food came out quick and the burgers and fries had there Burger King taste. That's the reason why I still like Burger King. Please clean up the service and the restaurant at this location, because no matter how good the food is, if the service is low and the restaurant is filthy customers won't...
