Let me first say to the team that actually is responsible for the operations of this food chain that im a big fan of your menu and food. So this isnt a hate thing, I just feel you guys need to know that as a person who lives .5 miles away from this store, I eat here EVERY NIGHT literally and I'm getting fed up with what I've been receiving for the money I spend. This isn't something that's been happening. Obviously there's a girl who appears to be new to me at the window at night now and her approach is very dry over the mic. She says "what else" while you're ordering and it should be "will that be all for you"? Which sounds more transparent. The reason for this notation is because the food i received tonight is just ridiculous and I've added a photo of it so you guys can see what I just paid $12.99 for. Now I'm sure you guys have integrity because you've been in the game a long time and we love the menu. But being an advocate for legendary customer service, I ask can this be made right by whom ever it concerns? Notice the very large cup, which means I also paid to upgrade my order and clearly my curly fries are not up to par. There's no bacon on my sandwich and what's grinding my gears is I refuse to eat this food before I send this notation over to you guys because I told the young lady that just last night I had one little thin strip of bacon on my burger and asked if she could make sure it was made better tonight but she just kinda looked up blankly and walked off only to return with my bag honestly like 8 seconds later which is to say there's no way she even checked to make sure I got what I paid for. I'm hurt and confused as to why as a very loyal customer has to endure the emasculated paradigm when I visit the store at night? Will anyone actually care enough to make this right? Or does the ones responsible not care also?......

After 5th fail order, I ask her what is available with a response "you to leave now, bye bye" Attempt 2-knowing there's a different crew can't be as bad, which it wasn't. One big problem, we got person behind us order instead. Go back through line and told other customer didn't say anything and we got right order. Refuses to correct Final attempt week later- Nope. This must be fake. A Punk'd show set up or something. Just jaw dropping bad service and charged for combo on both burgers ordered. Asked for refund of difference. Simple enough you would think but nah, we don't do refunds. Ok, compromise I suppose. Don't want the side or drink which I thought was obvious since I specifically not to have them but hey, since I paid for it might as well take it. Was told to call manager instead. I realized this as I was approaching window so as soon as the kid opened the window I told her I forgot to order shake and could she add it before running my credit card. She said no, we don't take orders at the window, you'll have to drive back through. WHAT? there was only 1 car behind me, it would not have taken her anytime at all to just add it and make the shake. She was after all the person taking the orders over the headset so it's not like she wasn't capable... She just wasn't willing.
