Well, I never do negative reviews, but this will be an exception.
Yesterday I placed an order through Doordash (the service that Doordash provided me was good, the problem is this place).
Order 4 packs of Macarons and one extra. Each package contained 2 macarons for $3.99, that way it was advertised. They only sent me 2 packages of Macarons instead of 4.
Okay, somehow I understand that they have confused 4 packages and they interpreted it as 4 macarons. After realizing the mistake, I decided to call and make sure if I was wrong or they made a mistake.
In the call they realized the error (and I really wanted those macarons since they were a part of a friend's birthday present), so we agreed that I would place another order through Doordash, and we would solve the problem.
The second order was 3 packages of macarons (just to take advantage of a no shipping cost promotion). At this point, it would be normal to either refund my money for 2 packages of macarons, or send 5 packages of macarons.
They only sent me 2 packages and forgot the other 3 I paid for. I wasn't even asking them to paid for my extra fees, taxes and shipping, it was enough for me to return the value of the macarons!
I paid for a total of 7 packages of macarons and only got 4. Also, I spent again on shipments due to an error...

Then I was cussed out by the owner which was the Korean man and the lady also cussed me out and said they were both going to call the police on me. We waited patiently in the drive thru for 15 minutes and still had no one come up to the window to offer service. We finally decided to roll down our window and poke our head out to grab the attention of the man who was supposed to be attending us. We asked if anyone was going to provide service anytime soon. The man said he glanced through the window but since we never rolled down our own window he skipped us and proceeded to take everyone elseās order. He said it was our responsibility to do that to signal to him that we can now order. We were so frustrated. The man was completely dismissive and rude. I will never be going back...
