Lisa's Chicken — Restaurant in Arlington

I typically love Lisa's chicken. The one off division has fell off miserably and if it wasn't for living in the area for 3 years I would overlook some of my disappointing moments with this restaurant. But tonight was the last draw. The attendant that brought me my food because I called it in was awesome. Thank you Brother ☺️ I most always order the gizzard basket that used to be 2.99 now it's 4.96 after tax I threw the gravy away and what I was left with needed a picture this is like the 3rd time that an order of gizzards was below acceptable. a dozen gumball sized gizzards with account of covid and 3 people minimum no mask no acceptions going on. Soon as covid hit for the one on. division they became increasingly high and increasingly stingy about the portions. I loved the 99 cent lg. soft drinks, and the roll is acceptionally pretty literally but 5 of my gizzards all put together was the size of the roll. Now I'm really not exaggerating. I took a picture just to know I wasn't crazy. Soon as I figure out a way to post it. smh. They're good to say the least. but Lisa's chicken o. division not cool. And the swag just went down on your end. It's a neighbor restaurant and Im also noticing the clientele change. I dont understand why the change so much as the theory going on I aide my head. This order is the last order of gizzards I'll buy at this location. I used to brag about you guys on the word of mouth tip. I'm not sorry to say I won't be doing that anymore. Been going to this Lisa’s for years because it’s so close to my house. Tonight I waited 30 min for the fish and chicken which is understandable bc the fish is made to order. I saw the boy who took my order pick up trash outside he saw in the parking lot and so I tipped him $5 before I received my order, I thought that was really thoughtful. My order comes out and I’m missing 2 piece dark with 2 sides. And a medium sized okra. I knock at the door and let them know what I’m missing and the Asian cook in the back gives me a dirty look and asks for the receipt which I tell him I don’t have. He gets mad and goes to the back. Another worker asks what I’m missing and gives it to me. I ask for seasoning salt and the cook said we don’t have it this isn’t wing stop which was extra rude. I had asked the first worker at the window and he let me know he put it in the first bag. Anyway I found the receipt it was at the bottom of the fish bag. Here’s the proof for the rude asian cook in the back.

And now I’m home checking the bag and they forgot the green beans. Lol I just wanted my food sir. Next time you want to make dirty looks and smart remarks, check your own orders first.

I never do this but I have to talk about the only 4 times I've ever been to Lisa's chicken. I gave it multiple chances because it's so close to my house and I just thought maybe it was just a couple bad experiences. To start off the food is bland and has ZERO flavor! There's a young kid that works the drive thru who literally messes up my order every time I'm there. The first and second time I mistakenly forgot to check my bag to make sure it was all there. The third time I finally learned and had to send things back twice......TWICE! This last time I sat in my car for about 20 minutes waiting for them to at least give me my drink while I waited (of course they didn't because SURPRISE SURPRISE the kid didn't ring it up) I'm one of the nicest people in the work I work in the service industry that's why I gave Lisa's chicken the benefit of the doubt but when you have a rude kid at the window messing up your order every time there's something...
