Magic Cup Arlington is a great place to go for boba tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the drinks are delicious. I've had a good experience.
The first time I went to Magic Cup Arlington, I was a little overwhelmed by the menu. There are so many different types of boba tea to choose from! But the staff was happy to help me make a decision. They asked me what flavors I liked, and they made some recommendations. I ended up getting a mango boba tea, and it was delicious. The tea was fresh and flavorful, and the boba pearls were perfectly cooked.
One thing I really appreciate about Magic Cup Arlington is the customer service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure you have a good experience. I've had a few times where I've ordered a drink, and they've made a mistake. But they've always been quick to fix the mistake, and they've never made me feel like I was inconveniencing them.
Overall, I'm really happy with Magic Cup Arlington. The drinks are delicious, the staff is friendly, and the customer service is excellent. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who loves boba tea.
Here are some additional details about my experience at Magic Cup Arlington:
The store is clean and well-maintained. The prices are reasonable. The hours are convenient. The location is easy to find. The parking is free.
I would definitely recommend Magic Cup Arlington to anyone looking for a delicious boba...

3/2024: I like that they send regular $2 coupons at random occasions with the rewards program resulting in a $3.95 drink. I end up using all of them. Favorites are still house milk tea and taro milk tea. Prices are still the same.
5/2023: This is the menu. $6.24 for a milk tea with boba. house milk tea (good) taro milk tea (good, very sweet) thai green milk tea (not enough sweetness) peach tea (good, sweet) Drinks came out within 10 min of ordering. Lots of seating, some board games (chess, jenga, apples to apples, connect 4), and partial view of the lake.
Their taste profile is sweeter than gong cha, not as sweet as sharetea. Immediately comparing the 3 shops within a mile of each otherā1102 sweetest, then magic cup, then petit.
Magic cup is cheaper than the other shop around the corner, where 1102 is ($7.23). Petit Tea Maison next to tom thumb with boba comes just under...

Firstly there were 5 staff working and only 6 customers yet it still took several minutes to take my order and several more to get my order which was a simple coffee.
Second, PLASTIC everywhere! Plastic cups for everything, giant plastic straws, plastic lids, plastic containers for cakes, plastic utensils. Absolutely terrible for the environment, especially if dining in to drink/eat there's no excuse not to use glasses for the smoothies and cups for the coffee and plates for the cakes
Finally, maybe a teething problem (?) but AC did not seem to be working properly, it was 95 and humid outside and not much better inside. I went to sit in my car to drink instead of using...
