Look before the critics jump in -the food was a 5 -I am giving a 2 for the service .My wife and I arrived at 12.45pm on a Sunday and were the only people there. The waitress took our drinks order -1 beer and a sparking water -5 min later we were told no sparkling water -ok a diet Coke-2 other couples cane in sat down-and we were forgotten about !! I then realized why -the poor girl didn't k ow how to pour a beer and was scooping foam from the mug . We eventually at 1.05 got a drink and ordered -the other 2 tables had their food!! Every time the waitress came out she avoided eye contact - we ate -food great -but despite the place being empty it took us 10 min to get another Coke-I then waited for the check another 10 min -got 3 to go boxes -but no bag - I was in the place 1 and a half hours and there was in total-another 4 people total in there.Sad -food is excellent but we could have been in and out in 45 min and had to fight to get help -can't say I will be back-they just aren't interested in...

I walked in and another man was being helped and so I patiently waited for him to finish being helped. Keep in mind I’m only here to pick up a Doordash order otherwise I wouldn’t need to even be in this place. After the other man was finished being helped tell me why the worker that was helping him walked away on the phone when they obviously saw me standing there. There was another worker girl there as well who saw me and said nothing to me, did not ask me if I needed anything and walked away as well. She proceeded to walk over to a couple of other people that were there completely avoiding me it felt like. I said excuse me ma’am and she blatantly ignored me and acted like I said nothing. I ended up just leaving and canceling the Doordash order I was there to receive because I refuse to be treated as if I am just not there. I'm being generous giving this 3 out of 5 stars. I placed an order online and arrived 30+ minutes later to pick it up, only to be told they never received it. I had the order ID, and conveniently, right as I was there, they suddenly got a "call" about my order—30 minutes after I had originally placed it.

I agreed to wait and said I'd sit in my car. They offered me a drink, and I naively assumed it was complimentary for the inconvenience. Turns out, they still charged me for it. I don’t mind paying, but I do mind being misled into thinking it was a courtesy gesture when it wasn’t.

This isn’t the first time they’ve had issues with their website. Last time, we waited over 25 minutes because of the same issue. If they can’t process online orders properly, what’s the point of even offering them? Their customer service was truly...
