Mis Raices Restaurant & Mini Market — Restaurant in Arlington

This has been my second time visiting Mis Raíces restaurant and they are truly wonderful. First, the restaurant is so lovely, clean and they also have a mini market inside for shopping for authentic Salvadorean and Puerto Rican food items. My family and tried the breakfast. We were greeted so warmly and even checked on by the owners of the restaurant. Our attention and service was top notch as our waitress was so friendly and attentive to anything we could need. They offer many variations of the traditional breakfast and they take a little longer to cook it, but you know it’s made fresh. The flavor is authentic and reminds you of comfort. Delicious!!! First time coming and the food was amazing! I had the Churrasco boricua which was a skirt steak with chimchurri sauce served with white rice, beans, sweet plantains and a small salad. We also had tostones with a mayo-ketchup dip that really went well together. My cousin had the jivarito sandwich that she loved. The owner was very nice and humble and we enjoyed talking to him. I found out about this restaurant on TooGoodToGo. And the food was really good! The couple that owns the restaurant are so kind. God willing, I will definitely be back with my whole family to sit down and eat. The atmosphere was comfortable, the service was fantastic, and the food was delicious!
