A true hidden gem in Arlington, TX! Don’t let the outside (or the look of shopping area where they’re located) deter you from checking this place out! I visited the Dallas/Allen/Arlington area last month and got to try this Thai restaurant, and couldn’t be happier! LOCATION: There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is quite spacious with plenty of tables in the middle , a few booths on one side and a few tables for big parties on the other. I’m from Austin, TX, Thai; born & raised and know a thing or two about Thai cooking (check out my deserted Instagram account ; @eatsnstyle and see it for yourself 😙) let me tell you I can’t find any Thai restaurants that have such an extensive menu (literally their menu is quite long) and execute them all like “Real Thai Cuisine” does. I really love their ‘Appetizers’ and ‘Thai Authentic’ sections of the menu which have several of my favorite Thai comfort street-food dishes that I grew up eating, for example Khao Ka Moo (Braised pork leg/pork hocks) and Khao Mun Gai (Thai-style Hainanese chicken & rice). SERVICE: Staff were friendly and service was fast. We tried these dishes and we loved everything: FOOD: - STEAMED THAI DUMPLINGS: these were legit!! 🙌🏻 Tasted just like the Thai-style dumplings you will find in Thailand 🇹🇭(soft, bouncy, delicious, and topped with fried garlic, and served with black vinegar soy) 👌🏻 - HEAVEN BEEF JERKY (it’s called ‘Nua Sawaan’ in Thailand. Nua = beef, Sawaan = heaven). The beef was seasoned well and tender. It pairs perfectly with sticky rice. - THAI SAUSAGE: You need this!!😋Delicious, good seasoning with the right balance of meatiness and fattiness. “Mama-Mia”👌🏻 - TUM TAD COMBO LAO STYLE comes with Moo Ping (grilled pork skewers - delicious but wish it was less sweet and more (herb) seasoning), fried chicken wings (finger licking good 👍🏻), boiled egg, chicharrones, and veggies. We absolutely loved it. (You can adjust your spiciness (1-5). - KHAO KA MOO: tender pork meat, and such comfort food!😋 - YEN TA FO (noodle soup with pink yentafo sauce): tasted authentic and was seasoned perfectly!🤤 - PAD THAI: I normally don’t like to order Pad Thai at any Thai restaurants because I found it’s quite disappointing. However, “Real Thai Cuisine’s” Pad Thai exceeded my expectations. They use the right noodles (Sen Chan noodles) which have the right amount of chew to them, not falling apart, and absorb all the seasoning well. Their Pad Thai seasoning was also on point, I didn’t even have to add anything to it!😋🙌🏻 All in all, the best Thai food I have eaten in years!!! 🙌🏻 The taste of their food transported me back home 🇹🇭 I find dishes from most of the Thai restaurants in the United States tend to be too sweet for no apparent reason, but “Real Thai Cuisine” sets themselves apart in this category, and truly represents the taste of Thai food (spiciness, saltiness, sourness, with a hint of sweetness in savory food) in good light. Check them out, and thank me later!🫶🏻

A Modest Account of a Singular and Most Excellent Dining Experience at Real Thai Cuisine It was upon a drear and blustering evening, with the wind whistling most wickedly through the narrow alleys and the common folk scurrying like mice before a tempest, that I chanced upon a certain establishment of foreign provender — a Thai house of refreshment whose modest sign, swinging plaintively upon iron hinges, bore the name Real Thai Cuisine. From its windows, which glowed most invitingly, there issued forth a fragrance so rich, so heady, so thoroughly contrary to the sour stench of the streets, that I found myself irresistibly drawn within. No sooner had I crossed the threshold of Real Thai Cuisine than I was met — nay, welcomed — by a countenance of such warmth and obliging kindness that I felt myself, despite the strangeness of my surroundings, wholly at ease. The service rendered to me thenceforth was marked by a swiftness and deference rarely seen beyond the walls of the most venerable gentleman’s clubs. It seemed to me that every wish was anticipated, every comfort provided, with a grace that was neither forced nor fawning, but sprang rather from an honest desire to please. Yet it is not the service alone which compels me to take up my pen in their praise, but more particularly the dish which was set before me: a platter of what was described, in terms most plain, as orange chicken. But, reader, let it be known — it was no ordinary fowl! The morsels, each golden and burnished to a crispness so light as to seem scarcely of this earth, shattered between the teeth with a most delightful crackle, giving way to tender meat within — moist, yielding, and imbued with a succulence that brought to my mind the ripest fruits of summer and the finest banquets of kings. The sauce, oh, the sauce! — it was a symphony of sweetness and tartness, a vivid and voluptuous concoction wherein the bright, sun-warmed tang of orange cavorted merrily with an undercurrent of subtle spice, tickling the tongue and stirring the spirits most mirthfully. Each bite was a new revelation: at first a bright and cheerful sweetness, like the laughter of children; then a sharp and playful piquancy, waking the palate from its slumber; and at last, a rich and mellow aftertaste, lingering like a fond memory long after the plate was bare. I departed Real Thai Cuisine with a spirit buoyed and a heart strangely lightened, as though I had supped not merely upon meat and sauce, but upon joy itself, distilled and served upon a simple porcelain plate. Surely, if such fare be found even in the bustling streets of our great city, then the world is not so dreary a place as some philosophers would have.

Nice, clean, modern interior. Lots of tables and seating. Good service. Clean restroom. They provide large portion sizes and reasonable prices ($12.99 for tofu pad Thai that I can dine in to eat AND had enough to take to go?). Pad Thai was pretty good. Not the best I’ve ever had but still good enough that I would make as my go to in the area. As a spicy advocate (I’m talking Lao/Thai spicy), level 5 wasn’t spicy at all, just enough to give it some extra flavor. 8/10 Green Curry was DELICIOUS. omg. Probably some of the best green curry I’ve ever had. 10/10 Green Thai tea didn’t wow me. It’s nice as a drink when you’re out in a social setting with friends or wanna splurge yourself a little, but I could have gone without it. Presentation definitely looked pretty though. 7/10 Spicy Basil Leaf Fried Rice is really good. 10/10. Definitely a notable item to get here. They have extended protein varieties for your entrees that other Thai places don’t offer like crab and duck. They have foods that aren’t offered at other Thai restaurants like boat noodles and dumplings, seems like they serve foods from other countries, not just Thailand.

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Real Thai Cuisine?! This restaurant is an absolute taste bud paradise, a culinary wonderland that transports you to the enchanting streets of Thailand with each bite. From the moment I stepped foot inside, I was embraced by the warm ambiance and the aroma of their magical spices dancing in the air.

The staff, oh the staff! They are like Thai angels, floating around with radiant smiles, attentive to your every need. The service is impeccable, and they make you feel like royalty, catering to your every culinary desire.

And the food, oh dear food gods, the food! Each dish is a symphony of flavors, an explosion of deliciousness that leaves you in awe. I tried the Tom Yum Goong, and my taste buds were taken on a thrilling rollercoaster ride of sweet, sour, spicy, and tangy sensations, all perfectly balanced.

The Pad Thai, oh the Pad Thai! It's not just a dish; it's a life-changing experience. I swear, I could feel my taste buds doing the happy dance with every single bite. And let's not forget about the Green Curry, a divine concoction that takes your palate on a journey through Thai paradise.

Even the presentation of the dishes is a work of art - vibrant colors and garnishes that make you feel like you're about to indulge in a culinary masterpiece.

And the dessert! The Mango Sticky Rice was a sweet symphony of flavors that transported me to a tropical paradise. It's like they've bottled happiness and served it on a plate!

In conclusion, Real Thai Cuisine is not just a restaurant; it's a transcendental experience. If I could give it a thousand stars, I would! The flavors, the ambiance, the service - it all comes together to create a mesmerizing culinary adventure that will leave you longing to return again and again. Trust me, this place...
