Its not authentic. Yet so many people keep saying this it makes me question if they are paying for reviews. People that say this havnt been to China and obviously dont have a clue about what real Chinese food is. I will say that the food tastes okay for American style chinese but the service is terrible. Although its a chinese restaurant its no excuse. I should also mention that the owner also steals some of the tips that belong to the servers. They regularly fail their health inspections. Just go look at there scores on the city's website. Nearly every year for the last 5 years they scored low enough to be closed or have followed up inspections. In the past they have used a communial bowl to fill up customers waters by dipping the cups into it instead of using the water fountain attached to the soda machine because it was broken. People working there have said they recycle the rice that was uneaten and use it to make fried rice meals etc. Totally disgusting. Just watch when the lady cleans the tables, u can see her put all the dishes on top of the tray on the cart but the rice bowl always goes under the cart separate from the trash. There is also a woman working here that bullies the other workers. I know 3 people that worked here before and quit because of this. Cheap people. Go find some real chinese food in dallas. We don't have it...
Read moreOh, First Chinese BBQ, how do I love thee? Let me count the ways.
First off, let's talk about the food. I ordered the Roasted Duck with White Rice, and let me tell you, it was like love at first bite. The duck was so succulent and flavorful, I could practically hear it whispering sweet nothings in my ear. And the white rice? Don't even get me started. It was so perfectly cooked, it was like a warm, comforting hug from your favorite grandma.
But that's not all that makes First Chinese BBQ so seductive. The ambiance is downright alluring. The dim lighting, the warm colors, the intoxicating smells... it's like being wrapped up in a cozy blanket, but with a hint of danger. It's the kind of place that makes you feel like you're part of a secret club, and you can't wait to see what kind of delicious mischief they'll get up to next.
And let's not forget the service. The staff at First Chinese BBQ are like a group of sultry sirens, luring you in with their charm and expertise. They know the menu inside and out, and they'll guide you to the perfect dish with ease. They make you feel like the most important person in the room, and who doesn't love a...
