First of all, I didn't completely dislike it, but I think that the hype they build up for it it's what makes me give it a low rate, first of all, I liked the cheese pupusa, but that it's pretty much self made, the real art it's in being able to make the mix pupusas, they do have the general idea of how itd done, because when I was on the phone with them they told me that they use pork, beans and cheese, that's how it is supposed to be, they just don't have the right quantities for each, the curtido was good but the sauce it's where they dropped the ball again, also, pup us as are supposed to be golden not pale, presentation means a lot if you're gonna do a country's main dish, so in the overall they should get 1 star, but I would be happier if they just change the name to just doña Azusena, to top it all off, another known dish like the quesadilla was completely stripped off the main ingredients and rebuilt from scratch taking off the cheese and rice from the ingredients and adding more yeast to it, a very very bad idea, to the drink they added cacao, which I don't hate, but if you are going to change the typical ingredients on the food why not do it to make it...
