SUPER MIX ARLINGTON — Restaurant in Arlington

If I could give a 0 star I would. If you are classified as BLACK, DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS‼️. The food is good as this was my 4th time patronizing but never again. I called a Togo order in because my husband had to be at work at 2pm. Our intention was to order eat a but then get him off to work, so I thought I was being considerate by having our food in a to go container as opposed to placing it on a plate, then having to ask for a to go container. Upon our arrival, no one greeted us, the young lady with glasses behind the bat just looked at us, there fore we took a seat at the bar and proceeded to tell her we have a to go order...she look at me and said yeah I know...how you know because I sounded BLACK on the phone. So she looked at us and said so is your order for here or to go. I advised her it was to go but we're going to eat a bit and then take the rest with us. She looked at us and physically rolled her eyes and walked over to the lady wearing the royal blue uniform shirt and began to speak in Spanish. As I noticed her looking at us and they both start to rudely laugh..I explain the intent is to eat some and take the rest. The young lady with the glasses looked up at me again and said we know. At this point I felt violated and mishandled because they were obviously upset because we was going to sit in and eat a but then leave. I own a restaurant and this is nit proper restaurant nor customer service etiquette. If you BLACK, don't give them you dollars. We walked out I called and explained to my frustration and tge young lady was the only person that showed empathy in regards to how we were treated. I will never patronize this...

Read reviews so I decided I would try it... I ordered the fajita mix and a side of tortillas and my son ordered the super burrito. Fajitas were the daily special. We ordered drinks and my son played for them... forst the food. My fajitas were jus OK and I got rice that tasted spoiled with charo beans. Didnt eat anything but the fajitas 👎my son who's a big eater only ate half his burrito (he later told me it tasted bad) and took the other half👎👎🤢🤮 and threw it away. Now the bill, we split meal n drinks.😐🤨🤨 my food bill was not what it should've been $32 plus a tip (we ate there so I give tips) $37.😡😠 my sons bill for two beers and two shots was $32 he didnt tip, he said there not worthy🤣😅😂😂 he's right, I asked for the bill and then waited. Guess no table service for collecting? So I walked up to the bar to pay, mask n all 4minutes later the waitress told me where the register was 🤔😠. We walked outside and my son said "scale 1 to 5, what you give?" I said 2, my drink was cold n my fajitas were hot BUT rice and beans were spoiled🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮 he then said"throwing my take home away!"... 1hour later he's sick and throwing up. My son loves Mexican food but said "it look like a nice place" but now... he's sick🤮🤮🤮🤮 fajitas and burrito ate priced well and we got big servings...well I'm not sick but that may be because I didn't eat the rice and...

The most of the food is good, entertainment is good & service it depends who it is, some are rude some have great customer service. The problem is the over charging when paying, recommend to get a detailed receipt. We are some what regular customer's so know the prices already. Unfortunately, this has been the second time that we have been extremely over. Our plates tht we ordered were $22 the other $18 had a margarita $9 and 3 drafts our ticket came out to $93 when before it has came out same thing to around $60 only for 2 pplz. The other people next to us which were a family of 4 ordered a family plate of $47 one small sweet tea 1 large coke and 4 michiladas meal turned out to $100. This was on 02/05/21. We didn't say anything due to being so many pplz there and we leave thing's to God. Like I say it's a good place over all other then depending who's charging or system they have sometimes you will get...
