A Dallas institution for Karaoke lovers. Karaoke 7 days a week. Started visiting this place years ago. While the song selection method is dated, it is effective. Great sound system and DJs are often regulars that help. I never truly understood how they do it... Or compensate one another, but you will find a close knit group of folks who keep the music playing and between them and the rest of the staff a family kind of feel to the place. Karaoke has different uses for different people. For those who perform Karaoke only... This is there outlet. Of course it's popular for groups to show up and get tipsy and laugh at one another because they can't sing. For the purist... If you can call them that, there are some amazingly talented people who make this method of performing their mainstay. On the other side of things, people like me who play guitar and sing. It's a great way to stay in practice keep the vocal chords vibrating...in fact it takes a little different type of coordination to sing along with the instrumental tracks. For those of us who sing a certain genre can also delve off into a totally different kind of music, to see if it's a fit. It's an eye opener when you find that you can sing a genre that you have always enjoyed lisening to... But discover you can actually do it. ...

A Metro "Institution" G Willikers is a Singers workroom desguised as a bar. It's success is in its simplicity. And it dosnt pretend to be anything it's not. The show is ran by those who sing. It's kind of like a unspoken club. People have been coming there long enough to watch each others grandchildren grow up. Im a performer and accompany myself on Guitar. But if I'm rusty and want to get some practice, or if I'm curious about a certain song, and ...check it out and see if I can pull it off...theirs no better place to find out . Get togethers with friends. no faster way to bond. because you're sharing something of yourself that we don't share...

This was great place. Kind of like a hole in the wall, but it was so much nicer and cleaner. There was just 2 downsides. The first is how small it is, the women’s bathroom is horribly small. My trailer has more room lol. 🤣 The second is that the bartender grabs the garnishes with her hands. She literally put a cherry in both drinks I ordered with her finger nail tips, which is worse than just her fingers (ifyky). Just order beer or a drink with no garnish 🤷🏽‍♀️ karaoke night, idk if it’s all the time, was great they had a couple guys who sang really good actually!! Overall was great place...
