I don't even know how to share this, it is so dishearting. The food was excellent and the ladies working there was so sweet. My family and I first visited the place on August 11th, 2022. On August 13th my husband and I decided to go for good food again. Before going in I looked at my previous receipt to see what my daughter had eaten on the 11th because I wanted to try what she had. After going in on the 13th and looking at the same menu I notice that the restaurant had charged me on my fish visit 1.00 more for the drunken Noodle entree and a 1.00 more for the Bamee BBQ PORK NOODLE entree that was on the menu. The crab Rangoon was priced on the menu as 7.25 and they charged me 8.25, the green curry dish is priced as 12.99 and they charged me 13.99,the Thai fried rice was 11.99 on the menu and they charged me 12.99. My total was 78.16 they charged me. 20.00% service charge of 15.63. I tipped the young lady 15%of the total. These people are schemers and thief. I didn't look at my receipt because my mom Had passed away earlier the same day. I will never go there again and will be pursuing farther action. Today that waitress said that their prices had increased. Well they need get new prices on their menus. False advertising prices. People if you eat their watch your prices and get the word out. I called, and they said to bring it back when it was convenient for me, and they would remake it. It was not convenient š but I took it back. They apologized and redid. This time. Plain double cheese burger with onions, and they took the veggies off, so no lettuce or tomatoes. š¤¦āāļø. This is not what I ordered. I said the only thing I changed was the onions to be grilled. (I think it was a number 5 with grilled onions). Apologized again. She came back with a single burger, no bacon and raw onions. At this point, it's just unreal. U can tell the lady was frustrated, very apologetic, and offered me a cookie. Lol. She stated she could add the bacon for me. I told her that was fine, but what about the onions. So finally, I got home with what I thought was correct. Opened it, and It was a Bacon cheese burger, lettuce tomatoes, and both grilled and raw onions. Lol. Waste on 12 dollars cause by this time I was so tired from jet lag and didn't want to eat my burger cause it still was not correct. Ā Ā Ā Read moreAt 8:35am and the only car in the Drive-thru, I waited over 18 minutes for 3 breakfast items? 4 additional cars ordered 20 minutes after I did, and lined up behind me. I was eventually asked to pull forward to wait a few more minutes which I did. When the person brought the food I asked her was everything inside the bags, and she replied āyesā. Because things are routinely wrong at this location, I decided to check personally before heading home to find that something is missing? Good thing I did, no condiments, (no butter/syrup for pancakes) no napkins⦠so I pull in front of the restaurant and park to go inside. Now Iām furious because at this point, itās not āFast-Foodā and going inside defeats the purpose of the drive-thru? I had to wait for a customer at the counter, and once he was through, I let the cashier know about the experience at the drive-thru⦠he was very apologetic but to receive an apology from someone that had nothing to do with the experience at the window, didnāt mean much to me at all. I told the cashier to let the girl at the window know, if a customer asks a question, āDonāt LIEā, either check it herself or make sure everything needed for the meal is in fact there! The entire staff at this facility needs better training in Customer Service and Food Preparation. Fast Foods cost too much nowadays to have these...
