Read moresadly every time I go through the drive thru something always seems to be wrong. first time they forgot an order of nuggets, second time they forgot my gallon of tea, and tonight I asked for ketchup and hot sauce and they gave me zersty buffalo. tonight they also forgot my large unsweet tea. I went back in and asked for it and when I got home to drink it it was sweet. I cannot have sugar so it had to go in the trash. I know you have not been open long but until you guys figure out the kinks I will be going to another location.
I sent this message via messenger to this location February 2nd. they responded February 14th, apologized and asked for my address because they would be sending something. Over a month went by and nothing I messaged back with my displeasure that I didn't expect anything from them in the first place but when something is offered and not sent is a little disheartening. They responded April 2nd and assured they they will send something out. still nothing. I messaged letting them know if they had beverage offered anything I would have still gone to their location. But since they offered something and I never received it I would make another location my primary location.
a good rule of thumb is to not offer something of you are not going to follow through with it. I would have been fine with just an apology in...
Read moreYesterday I met up my family for what I thought was going to be a quick lunch. All three of us all ordered salads & got seated. As I mixed up my salad I noticed a BUG in the mix of my lettuce & showed my family members , and we all confirmed it was in fact that. I took it up to the counter where someone causally apologized and made me a new salad. When I got back with my new salad, reluctant to eat it- my sister found a fly in HER salad as well?! Grossed out , we took them to the counter and asked to talk to a manager this time as I didn't want to eat my other salad, worried it would have another fly in it, as she found one as well. The manager was much more understanding and pleasant. Our salads were almost $10, and we asked for a sandwich instead ($5) and nobody offered us a refund or additional items to make it an even exchange. Instead , Chick fil a made an additional profit off of us and this fun experience. I'm sure you can understand how we did not have a pleasureful experience eating a fly contaminated salads while losing our money settling for a sandwich. I've always had amazing experiences at Chick-fil-A but that was not the case this time. I was disappointed by the staffs customer service & efforts at making it right & after this experience I will not be back to...
