Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Arnold Township

If I could give them no stars I would. Between the inconsistency of the pizzas. The pizza cups. And now pricing. This Little Caesars has done nothing but put a consistent bad taste in my mouth. For over the last year I have walked in there and bought a hot and ready pizza with the price being 754 after tax I can literally look it up in my bank statements multiple months in a row. I walked in there today to buy a pizza the pizza has now gone up and how's the pizza cups. She tells me this when I'm standing in front of her. It's not listed anywhere. It's the day after the power storm so there's nothing up on the screens behind them. She now tells me that it's 9:58 for a pizza cup and a hot and ready pepperoni pizza. I asked her when the prices gone up she proceeds to tell me that it happened within the last month. Then I got on the phone with the manager because they didn't give me my pizza cup. The girl on the phone then tells me that she is the manager the one I originally spoke with. Then when I call and I'm talking to the management she then tells me that this is always been the price they are literally tell me two different things! They have gone up in price and it is not listed anywhere that they have done so. They are inconsistent and rude as all he'll on the phone when I brought up that her employee said something different. Then told me it was listed on the screens, in which none were working due to the storm. The woman then told me to never come back because of this! So just know that before you go. That if you correct their misrepresentation they will tell you to...

Very impersonal. I’m standing right at the counter… my food wasn’t quite ready yet when I got there… it’s ready and i’m literally right there and she puts the stuff in the pizza portal thing LOL. That was hilarious. She’s like oh yeah your names probably up there now. How much more rude can you be? I deleted the email with the code cause I assumed she was just gonna hand me my stuff at this point. And they shouldn’t be putting sauces of any kind in the hot box/portal. The plastic those sauces come in shouldn’t get overly hot. This place must need to pay better so they can get some workers that have some common sense and customer service skills. The pizza I ordered was supposed to be half cheese half pepperoni. Came with pepperoni on all of it and very oddly proportioned… one tiny piece on some slices and 5 on others. My son wanted the oven roasted wings since they are plain. They had some sort of spicy rub or slight sauce on them. I understand this place is cheap. I guess you get what...

Placed an order over the phone in advance.. the black gentleman with dreads ( who refused to give me his name but said he was the manager) take my money and tell me to wait my order wasn't ready.. as we sat there I could plainly see two boxes in the warmer.. the longer I waited and stared at those two boxes.. 25 mins go by and he asks me if he can help me again.. my husband explained we had been waiting 25 mins.. plus the 20 mins they said it would take to get ready.. the gentleman was rude again went to the two pizzas I was starting at getting angry and said here the are.. ok so we waited 25 mins in your lobby and they were there ready the whole time!! He didn't apologize or anything.. got even ruder with my husband as we explained we watched 8 other customers come and go and now I food is cold.. he told us to bad and leave.. I'm so upset!! I will be calling coperate office in tge morning.. so sad.. this is to be a great place to get good pizza cheap.. will absolutely not...
