This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. Theis has got to be the worst service ever. The employees will literally be standing around. Or will just stare at you asking, "Whats the name on your order"!? But then do nothing about it We always try to give them the benefit of the doubt because they are ALWAYS short handed. But when I make a online order for pick up and right when Im pulling up they decide to lock the door and refuse to help. That's my final straw. Our order was suppose to be ready at 5:45pm. We got there at 5:40pm and didn't get our food until 6:20pm. We didnt go to the drive thru to get our food, Because every time we've ever had a online order and went to drive thru, they tell us we have to get our food in the lobby. Even asfter waiting in a long line.
So once we looked in the bag when we got into the car and noticed a couple things were missing, they wouldn't open the door again. They were also refusing people in the drive thru. We seen people pull up to the speaker, wait a min or so and then drive away. And people were standing outside in 100+ degree weather just to try and pick up their food they paid for.
So we were out of 4 biscuits. And it just keeps getting better. We got home to FINALLY eat and the chicken looked like It was burnt. We taste it and it was not burnt at all. It taste so nasty. We could taste the old oil they cooked the chicken in. It honestly taste like the oil hasn't been changed in days. We tried calling them to let them know, and of course they had the phone off the hook. They did give us two lemon bunt cakes for thr inconvenience, but unfortunately that doesn't fix everything we went through.
Something really needs to be done. I know this isn't a cooperate store. It has to be privately owned. Very upset at the fact that our dinner was ruined. Nothing was really edible, beside the coleslaw. So we're...
Read moreI went to this location today, and this is not the first time I have had this exact issue. Partly, I'm to blame. I should have sat at the drive up window and unpacked my entire order to ensure that the KFC staff was doing their job in lieu of that KFC's manager! My order consisted of the TWO CAN DINE for $12.99. You get 3-legs & 2-thighs, 2 individual sides each of coleslaw & mashed and gravy & 2 biscuits. I got home and found I received 5 chicken fingers, a small order of fries, a mashed and gravy, and no biscuit. By the way, this KFC no longer offers Jelly. I'm handicapped and use a walker, so nothing is easy! Already sitting at my kitchen table, I had to pack up the wrong order and drive 2½ miles back to KFC. I asked for the manager, and he came to the window, I handed him my order & the receipt, and as nicely as possible, I asked him if what I ordered was in that box? He said no, it's not. I explained to him my physical issues, and he just kind of stood there. Finally, he asked if I wanted a refund or re-do the order. I said it would be nice to give me a new order and give me a refund, and that fell on deaf ears. I requested a new order, and the manager with the wrong order in hand said something on his way to get my new order, and one of the gals back there thought it was funny. How these fast food joints stay in business...
Read moreCan't believe we came back to this KFC again after witnessing the poor service from our last visit, but we normally order chicken from here for Easter dinner for our extended family. My wife placed an online order Saturday night for pickup at noon Sunday. The order was for over $100 of chicken. On our way to pick it up, my wife checked the status of the order and saw that we received an email around 10:30 am saying they had cancelled our order. No reason why. Since we were almost there, we went ahead and went to the KFC. There was a sign on the door saying they we sorry for the inconvenience, but they were going to open late (Noon). Since it was 10 minutes after noon, my wife tried to go in but the door was still locked. We saw cars going through the drive thru so my wife walked up to the window. She was told that our order had been canceled but she didn't know why. My wife asked if they had chicken that she could order at the counter. She said she did, but that she was under-staffed and could not open the lobby until she completed the drive-thru orders. We then called the KFC in a neighboring town and they said they could take care of us (which they did with excellent customer service.) We will never return to the Arnold KFC until they have new management. Be warned, this place is terrible. If I could give less than a...
